       Yes, neck and neck, with IG’s reaching sails giving us a slight
       edge, but B9 is stubbornly hanging on! Good race, and could be a
       photo finish.
       Sorry you and HF are having a torrid time - less work, more
       sailing, Emma!

       It's an interesting battle.  As I understand it I have the
       foils, but IG has the sails.  I was going OK but keeping to a
       broad reach so I didn't have to go into spinnaker territory.
       Even so I was amazed the speed IG was getting on really quite a
       shy downwind setting.
       As a result of this IG has got more angle to play with. and
       think there's going to be lots of special sail advantage in the
       last 1500 Nm.  Let's hope for lots of strong foiling wind!
       Sorry to be focussed on my race.  I feel for you guys getting
       round that depression.  You know that I've been there!
