Anime/Manga

Here's a thread where you can discuss anything relating to anime
or manga be it something you're currently watching/reading or
just something related to the two you want to discuss.
Personally, I've only been watching what I can catch on Toonami
which is Parasyte -the Maxim- and Dimension W. Parasyte has been
interesting although as the series end approaches it seems to be
taking an odd turn while Dimension W is ok though it feels like
it hasn't quite gotten off the ground yet. Also I'm excited that
Higurashi has been saved from the copyright limbo it was stuck
in.

Right now, I'm just watching the original DBZ remastered. DBS
and DBGT can't beat the originals. 8)

Just watching the original episodes. I sadly think that DBS
can't be any better than DBZ. I tried to keep up with DBS, but
I'm just breaking the episodes up now. I just see clip scenes of
it from manga and anime. I wish that the eng. dub can come out
already :-[

How is DBS? I'm a huge DBZ fan although I've never really been
able to commit to DBS.

It's fine, but remember where DBZ would sometimes have animation
issues in between episodes? Well, imagine that 10x. Akira T.
also got pretty angry about that. If you can with stand nap. dub
with awful animation issues, then you may like it. Its also a
lot funnier than DBZ though. The story mostly revolves Goku and
Vegeta instead of going around to different characters like how
it use to (sometimes they'll show emperor pilaf and Bulma, but
they don't affect the story too much).
Overall, I suggest waiting for an eng. dub would be best, but
they're already at episode 37 or something like that.
