       Wexyz, the Plasmakinetic Outlaw

       Decided to create an original submission for Brink of
       Armageddon. This character will be my primary entry for the
       actual game. Plus, she's a flyer, and I think she'd look
       fantastic with Cosby's sprites.

       Bio:
       One of the most feared Bounty Hunters in the galaxy, Wexyz is
       feared by all who dare stray outside the boundaries of what
       little law governs the far reaches.
       Aboard her ship, the Dyzektoplitz (loosely translates to
       'Harbinger' in English) she cruises the far reaches, awaiting
       contracts. Twisted monarchies, treacherous lords, criminal
       gangs, this Outlaw cares not whom she brings to justice.
       But once, it was not so. Once, the young outlaw was a tiny
       tadpole on the planet Dyf, 1 in a 1000 who miraculously survived
       predation to grow into a mature Dozkian lady. She sought not a
       mate, nor the cultural pursuits her races was famous (and
       infamous) for. Instead, she sought adventure. She built her
       first space-craft at the age of 12, and not soon later, left her
       planet, seeking adventure. After exploring a large amount of the
       galaxy, and seeing things she had dreamt of her whole life, the
       young girl's Warp Drive malfunctioned, stranding her in the path
       of a solar storm. Rather than dying, however, the storm's
       radiation had an intense effect on her biology, altering her
       body and causing her to produce plasma emissions. Over time, she
       bent this power to her will, giving her impressive combat and
       flight abilities. Her ship was repaired, and she sought work as
       a super-hero. Yet she was disheartened to find that unlike the
       heroes of her childhood, there was no law or governing body to
       obey - no ideals which to hold those she captured. Despite this,
       she was not deterred. She sought work as a bounty hunter, and
       over time hardened into the deadly force we know today.
       Combat
       Wexyz is a formidable combatant within melee range, but her
       damage is rather weak and unreliable from afar.
       Her Plasma talons deal quick, reliable damage up close.
       She can generate plasma blades, causing her attacks to gain
       increased range and hit multiple targets.
       Her energy wings can be used to fly above enemies.
       The plasma disruption is a ranged ball of unstable plasma which
       explodes, reducing the armor of her enemies and causing her to
       generate increased energy for a few seconds.
       She can use the plasma disruption whilst flying, whereupon it
       will fire downwards.
       The plasma torpedo is her most powerful maneuver, whereupon she
       transforms herself into a plasma rocket and launches herself
       forward, damaging and propelling forward all enemies in her
       path.
       The torpedo can be used during flight, whereupon she launches
       downward at an angle. This allows her to strike from
       unpredictable angles.

       I like this one, it reminds me of Samus Aran :) . Out of
       curiosity, does she enforce justice on warlords, or is she
       willing to take on contracts from all sorts of characters, be
       they warlords or galactic federations?

       One question springs to mind though: Why didn't you submit her
       for the resent round of submissions? I'm sure she would have
       gotten through  :)
