       Official Forum Rules

       Here are some rules that I, mods, and other admins expect you
       will follow, or else you will be banned or given a warning.
       NONE of these rules are made to be unfair. These are rules to
       keep this forum a good place to be.
       List of Rules:
       1. No trolling or cyber-bullying (this will lead to an instant
       ban).
       2. No pornography (this will lead to an instant ban).
       3. If a certain subject makes someone uncomfortable, do not
       continue to discuss that subject. If you tease the person or
       continue the subject, you will be banned.
       4. Don't put the word "official" in a thread title unless the
       content you are posting is 100% official (original monster
       submissions can NOT have the word "official" in the name). You
       will not be banned if you break this rule (your thread will most
       likely be renamed though).
       5. If you encounter a problem with another member (they are
       bullying you, they post an inappropriate image or video, etc.),
       then notify an administrator or a moderator immediately (you can
       use the "Report to Moderator" button if you are looking for an
       easier way to report something to a mod ;)).
       6. Do not jokingly report something to a moderator. This will
       result in a ban (unless you hit the button on accident).
       How Banning Works:
       1. The first time you break a rule, you will be banned for one
       whole day from both the Shoutbox and the forums.
       2. The second time you break a rule, you will be banned for a
       whole week from both the Shoutbox and the forums.
       3. The third time you break a rule, you will be permanently
       banned from the Shoutbox and the forums.
