I found out about Advanced BioStructural Correction™ from Dr.
Ben Eversage, who is an NCR doctor from Maine.
HTML http://www.dreversage.com/
It was in his links page, and I asked him about doing this along
with NCR.

*I ordered one for my local chiropractor, myself and my
daughter, since she's majoring in physical therapy.
What is Endonasal Cranial Correction?
The balloons (finger cots are the balloons in use) are inserted
through the nostril into the one of the six nasal conchae,
depending upon which is appropriate to move what part of the
sphenoid bone and skull.
The balloon is inflated which causes it to press against the
contacting bones. As the balloon enlarges, the pressure
separates the bones, moving them into a better position.
Background
"Endonasal balloons have been used in treatment since the early
1930s. These older treatment approaches were valuable but
generalised. The ABC endonasal correction is more specific and
correcting only the bones that the body can't self correct.
When do we do it?
It is usually done after an ABC protocol as the body is a single
synchronised functioning unit. When the bones of your cranium
are not correctly aligned, it will affect your body all the way
doen to your toes.
However there is no exact order as there are vast variations in
what can happen, in what order and what is mechanically
dependent upon what.
The ABC practitioner uses a synchronised test to determine which
one of the six nasal conchae requires the correction.
Who can it be done on?
Anyone including children and older patients.
However there are contraindications for people with cancer,
infections, fractures and the like in the head.
The Benefits
Here is a partial list of conditions that may be treated or
improved effectively with EndoNasal correction by ABC:
Breathing disorder, Autism, Depression, Concussion and other
head injuries, Ear infection, Headaches, Lymphatic circulation,
TMD or TMJ disfunction, Stress and Bruxism, Structural problems,
Sinusitis, Sleep apnea, Snoring, Sinus disorders, Vertigo and
other balance problems.

I have now had TWO Advanced Biostructural Corrections from Dr.
Jerry Porter, DC
I will be continuing with this AND the NCR, which I have another
NCR session coming up soon (6th Session) with Hillary Lampers,
ND
My husband and I BOTH now know how to do the First Rib Maneuver™
on each other. Next time, we will learn how to do ourselves.
It's real easy to test and to do and test again afterrwards to
make sure it was done right. Piece of cake. We are SO going to
take the Entire ABC course including the Endo Nasal Cranial.

less than a month with Advanced BioStructural Correction™ she
went to a health club where they tested her breathing. She had
99% of her Vmax on the spirometer. (Vmax is the maximum volume
of air your lungs should be able to take in for your size --
average person has 60% good is considered 80%). The personal
trainer was astonished "No one has 99% of their Vmax". Your
breathing will improve immediately too.

Thanks so much for this! I'm going to try this next time I need
to go to the osteopath. As luck would have it there happens to
be someone in my area who has learnt this. Yay!
Are you finding it helpful?
Interesting that they do NCR as well. There isn't anyone near me
who does this, so hopefully the people who do ABC here do this
as well.
Thanks again

Theirs is called EndoNasal Cranial Correction by Advanced
BioStructural Correction™
HTML http://www.meningealrelease.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=84&Itemid=120
The ABC chiro I go to does not do the EndoNasal Crnial, but he
does the rest of the body. So I don't know how to compare it
with the NCR, so I go to an actual NCR doctor (Hillary Lampers,
ND)
I am finding the ABC very helpful and it's compatible with the
NCR. I have an upcoming NCR session, and I will have a couple
more ABC adjustments along with a ROLFing session. The ABC
chiropractor showed my husband and I both the 1st Rib maneuver,
and we can totally do that. He supervised while my hubby did my
first ribs, and then the doctor took over with the rest of the
adjustments. I did my hubby's ribs, as well, with his
supervision.
The endo nasal cranial is not near as much for the training as
NCR is, so I would suggest those that want to do their own, to
take the endo nasal cranial training. That's what I plan to do
before I even attempt doing my own.
I'm doing my own facial pulling with my fingers for 5 min per
day. After more ABC and the next NCR, I'll get more pics
uploaded straight away.
If you want more of a comparison of NCR vs EndoNasal Cranial, I
would suggest contacting Ben Eversage (NCR doctor and ABC
chiropractor from Maine). as he does both NCR and ABC.

Good luck with all your sessions and hope to see pics of you
soon!

Thanks again. I will totally try ABC when my back plays up, so
probably in another 6 weeks or so. I have one leg quite a bit
shorter than the other, and I realise now that it is probably
due to stupid dentistry.
As for photos, I feel a little shy... silly! but you never know
I might get over myself! Though I will write something now on
the other thread about my progress.

Okay, so I asked an NCR doctor who is also an ABC doctor about
EndoNasal Cranial vs NCR. Here's what he said...
Dr. Ben Eversage: Well Donna you've asked the million dollar
question. Years ago Jesse and Dean Howell met. Jesse helped Dean
work out the testing points for determining what channel to put
the balloon in. Jesse also took Dean's NCR course. A couple of
years ago, Jesse took what he learned from Dean and incorporated
it into ABC endonasal. They are the same as far as the testing,
balloon insertion and inflation and result. The only difference
is that NCR prepares the patient with soft tissue body work and
ABC prepares the patient with the ABC adjustment.
Now we can be assured that those who want to have it done can
also choose from an ABC practitioner, if there are no NCR docs
or practitioners in your area.

Thanks for the links Messiah.
I quickly looked at Ian's photo and maybe it is the lighting,
but I was struck by the deep lines around his mouth from the
corners of his nose. I wonder if all that pulling on that part
of the face causes some stress?
It could also be a number of other factors as well, including
simply poor lighting, but wondering if others have any thoughts
about it.

Hmmmm I just noticed those lines too... Def. not the lighting in
this case.... His hair line also looks to be receding a bit =\
My greatest fear is that once I undergo a few of these therapies
my head will start to get even bigger than what it is now (it's
pretty big & KIND of weird shaped) and being that the cause of
baldness for the vast majority of cases is a tight scalp (Galea)
increasing your headsize can possible contribute to baldness
(although this is completely preventable and easy to reverse via
massage) The muscles surrounding the Galea tighten up and pull
on the Galea which in turn causes a blood disruption to the
follicles aroun the Galea region (that's why us mem bald on the
sides and back of our heads... But like I said before, if you
keep the muscles surrounding the Galea loose, you will not be
affected.
Anyways, I've always wondered, wouldn't therapies like these
prevent most of our muscles from tightening up since our bones
will be optimally realigned to their original positions? I mean,
stress does always tend to cause muscle construction regardless,
& some people tend to experience muscle constriction in CERTAIN
muscles only when something like stress or a panick attack is
induced, but maybe NCR, FP, and palate expansion can make it so
that the muscle constriction experienced while undergoing things
like anxiety & stress can be reduced to a minimum or possibly
dissipate once you obtain optimal posture? I've also heard that
NCR & FP have the potential to help eliminate stress & anxiety
which to can help prevent tightness as well... What do you guys
think? Sorry for my rant LOL just a bit concerned now =\

PS: He seems to look great I'm his other pic though & he really
doesn't look half bad on the pic with the wrinkles... I really
think he just needs a violet ray and some Emu oil... Maybe some
Dermarolling too.. I am certain that he'll reduce/eliminate
those wrinkles in no time with the things I listed on this
reply.. OR maybe he needs to do some facial exercises like Tyler
is doing? He has to kind of "tone" the new muscle that he has
built thought his journey.... Just speculating though. But I'm
110% sure he will dramatically reduce, if not eliminate those
wrinkles.
Anyways, his "new" facial structure outweighs the wrinkles by a
long shot. I don't think these therapies caused that those
wrinkles to form at all. My question though is: why haven't
these wrinkles been eliminated after undergoing these therapies
for quite a while now? When did he start his journey?
