       Does anyone know the rate of expansion with the numbers of hours
       that the expanded is worn ?

       1 mm a week. But, I do not know how many hours it is worn.

       So if I wear it in the evening and night till morning can I
       still expand 1mm per week

       I do not know how many hours to wear it, but I would try wearing
       it as many hours as possible throughout the day.
