       Palatial Expansion plates and time worn

       Hi I'm new. I already do self ncr (though I've taken a short
       break until I start expansion and face pulling) but I'd like to
       know whether or not to purchase the Y-plate expanded or the
       standard one and if there are any extra benefits of the Y-plate.
       Also how many hours do I need to wear the expanders to see
       results like if I only wore them in the evening through to the
       next morning and what would be the rate of expansion when I
       needed to increase the the mm

       You got the self ncr guide? Could you share it please, for now I
       have no interest in doing it myself , since I cant really get
       detailed information on the real purpose and so on, but would
       really like to read it. :)
