       Hello, I think Mike Mew said 1 mm per week, which should be 2-3
       turns per week - that applies to the upper jaw. I don't think
       that you need to expand the lower jaw - the lower teeth should
       shift outward as you keep expanding the upper plate, just
       remember to keep your mouth shut and your teeth together.
