       How does one -facepull-?

       I have been seeing many results on here for facepulling. I,
       however, am not sure how to do it. I am not going to buy gear
       for it. Any tips? Can I use an expander I already have? A towel?
       String? I'd love to hear from you all! <3

       id guess you can use the palate expander you already have, if it
       has attachment points to it where you can attach the elastics
       to, if you want to use the 'classic' facepull technique that
       equals the hockey helmet. There are so many ways to facepull,
       there is not only one static way to do it
