Your chin and angle went through a metamorphosis :) okay, I went
to the same spot (yes, it's a bathroom stall lol) and got a
really close angle I think for the ULTIMATE-AT-HOME not so
scientific or planned photo comparison ;)

So it's subtle? The chin maybe? What do you all think? These are
both head tucked back almost pin straight...

I tried to match the ears, eyes and forehead. It certainly looks
like your midface has lifted up a little. Weird how the top of
your forehead seems to have gotten taller or straighter. Could
be a distortion though.

The shape of your lips look firmer, chin point rounder, jawline
more visible, cheeks a bit lifted and filled out. You generally
look less tired and healthier.
Whether these changes are due to bone changes or stronger facial
muscles, who knows, but a positive change nonetheless.

Progress thank you for such a great comparison! And kudos to
everyone else's feedback.
Yes, I think it's really interesting. Facial exercises would
lift and tone, but they don't move bones from what the
instructor tells. The muscles adapt to the underlying structure
- so maybe some of both. It's cool to see that in just 4 months
ANYTHING happen in a nearly 31 year old female.
So I will keep trekking along with all of you and maybe do
another facial post in two months or so? I bet if I could hold
good head posture even more cool things would happen!

Hi! So no, my asymmetry is not better. That is something that's
going to likely need to get really precise - likely with
professional help or other methods. I've got a lot to work on,
so I'm just letting my face do its thing.
So to answer, nope on any professional help. These are my
resource for info:
- this forum
- Orthotropics YouTube
- random posts online with keywords
Also, my asymmetry is likely chewing in right side of mouth for
over ten years. I had extensive orthodontics work done, and
braces caused me to chew even weirder than I used to do.
My routine:
- mewing - back of tongue is up all day mostly if I don't feel
it I remind myself, with hand helping shut jaw at night.
Pressure is lighter - medium intensity. Anything too hard makes
resistance for sutures to move.. It's not ever just really
sitting there though, unless at when sleeping when I can't
control it
(ideal changes: none, aside from having a wider palette from
professional expansion to better fit tongue. Muscle strength
should eventually keep jaw shut an tongue up easier)
- swallowing - not proper head posture, chewing on left side
(the weaker), less muscles used when swallowing
(ideal changes: head posture when eating all the time (I have a
bad back condition), no muscle movement aside from tongue (this
takes time and muscle memory to get. I'm early there, and have
reduced the size of my buccinators)
- Head posture: when I can, I tuck back and do the exercises
given on a YouTube video on this post. It it's less than 10% of
my day with correct posture.
(Ideal changes: head posture is there. Again, if I get better I
won't be laying down and can maintain this)
- chewing: mastic gum on left side every 1-3 days, depending on
soreness and swelling.
Ideal changes: mastic is good, but might switch to falim. I'd
rather chew more often than get the ULTRA intense burn of
mastic. For someone with a really weak jaw, it's a good baby
step. I also have the Jawzrisize, but that's a level even above
mastic I think)
- Facerobics: Following the Exercise Along with Me Series on
YouTube with Peeta. The routine is very specific and works
muscles of the entire face with a series of moves. Muscle
contraction is an important part of muscle growth and breaking
up toxins.
Future Plans: Finishing "Old Age: It's Cause and Prevention" by
Sanford Bennett, a man who used exercises in bed that really
helped him gain his youth and health back. I highly recommend
checking his pictures out alone and seeing his results. I think
working the entire body and mind inside and out are vital for
wellness.
Hope that helps. I'm honestly a person who lacks resources atm
for professional help. If so, I'd love palette expansion with a
device and wearing a device at night that Mike Mew is
prototyping for this adult patients. But for now, I'm doing what
I can and BELIVING change is possible. Odd as it sounds, the
body and mind are susceptible to both work and mindset.
I've no doubt over time I'm going to change, because the science
proves it's possible even if we don't have many examples. Our
head bones can move, period. I'm also patient, and while curious
about progress made so far, am perfectly okay with things taking
years if needed. I'm aging no matter what, and I can do nothing
or something with my time and very little money spent thus far
:)
Everyone on this forum chiming in are wonderful resources, and
know way more than me too.

You're actually very beautiful ..
Sometimes it pains me, how we can treat our own bodies in so
robotic a manner..
But, I do understand the desire to get into our tip-top shape.
It is a reconstructing phase that I feel myself to be in, as I
build up to a life that I can only dream about tonight.. and
doctors will not help, so I understand the feeling of .. being
our own body mechanic, so to speak.
I try to distance myself from it today, and have made so much
success by striving to see others' beauty instead of just
accepting the idea of a "single beauty" that discredits all
others. Used to be, I saw the other actors playing the hobbits
in the Lord of the Rings as ugly and Elijah Wood as beautiful,
but not today.. and in seeing their beauty, I unlocked the
ability to see my own.
Do you eat enough vegetables, or can you drink milk ..? It feels
embarrassing to ask actually, I am not the same as I was in
previous years, when I used to post. But, actually I have
experienced, our face can look "fuller" if we nourish it, and it
turns out, the fat in whole milk is actually of a very unique
property, in that it fleshes the body out, instead of going to
the belly. It's not only exercises, that can help to gain mass.
I know some other knowledge too, if anybody would like to hear
what I've learned .. :)...

I'd be interested, Tyler. I used to drink a ton of milk and
can't say if my weak face ever looked better because of it,
though my dental health was a lot better. Whether that was
directly influenced by milk or eating better in general back
then, I don't know.
How are you becoming able to see others' beauty? Since
discovering claimingpower/this forum and the tropic premise in
general a year and a half ago, I can't help but judge, evaluate,
and categorize every face I see on TV and in public. It's
disheartening to look around and see so many people who could
look fantastic but didn't develop properly, so it feels like a
stretch to attribute negative qualities as a unique trait or
sign of individuality when those imperfections ideally wouldn't
be there at all, if that makes sense. This is just difference of
opinion, but I'd like to know how your perception of yourself is
increasing because now that I know exactly what's wrong with me,
getting complimented would feel extremely patronizing, although
you unlocked some good looks a while ago, assuming your old face
pulling results have held up.

I'm actually vegan, and follow a mostly Whole Foods plant diet.
Fats come from avocados, nut butters, but I tend to stray from
oil as well. It's a whole other topic for another forum on this
- but in a nutshell it's the healthiest way to go based on years
of studies and I love animals :)
Thanks for being kind Tyler, and everyone else. I know we are
hard on ourselves... but I feel better always changing and
growing as a person all around, not just this one place. I've
got a Phoenix mindset you know?

I've been there too, heavy in the evaluation of others.
Actually, it's not easy to put into words how my outlook
changed, but these past years, I have been striving to connect
myself in conscious willingness to the creative, and striving to
broaden my acceptance of other forms of beauty.
I have a somewhat longer face myself, and for a long time I was
haunted by it because I could not accept its logic. I also used
to see images of Sarah Jessica Parker, and let myself be
influenced by the poison against her that's spread in the media,
which in turn poisoned me against my own longer face type.
One day, though, I looked at her image from youth, and saw that
she is actually highly beautiful, only the poor woman .. has
likely been so run down through all of the vitriol spat in her
direction, her once beautiful blue eyes have been turned dour
and put off from their natural colour, and her face has become
worn down. Yet in her youth, she was as beautiful as any queen,
and everything looked prosperous in her face.
Around the time that I saw that, I looked to another image, of
Liv Tyler the woman who played Arwen in the Lord of the Rings
film, and it led me to the recognition that beauty is not a
matter of a face being long or short or round or square, but
rather very high proportional beauty and uniformity is in every
face so long as the body is cultivated and purified. Both woman
have a longer face, so it cannot be the length of the face that
determines the beauty, but the health and cultivation and purity
of the body that determines that. A favourite book of fairytales
also taught me the same lesson, so then I deepened my
recognition of the truth in reality.
It pains me badly (at the moment of writing) to see our Jessica
in images still smiling through the poison vitriol that is spat
her way through the ugly, dirty lies of the media. It just makes
me so upset. But if it helps others to learn the truth, then
there is at least a value in it, although I wish her a true and
full recovery.
...
Anyway, once I had achieved that cognition, which I suppose is
not actually so difficult, then .. well, I suppose the rest
should have to come later.
But there are simply so many faces of beauty hidden in plain
sight. Although from my experience now, from these gentle
face-pulling exercises and face muscle exercises and nutrition,
I simply do not feel sad anymore because I've been able to
achieve a lot of success on my own beauty, so certainly others
can too. So what reason is there to feel sad, if beauty can be
had by simply anybody who will strive for it?

Also, while it may not interest many, I am up-to-date on a very
interesting UFO case surrounding the Swiss man named Billy
Meier, and a short excerpt from one such interesting
conversation from his life has gone like so (although it has
been translated into English because he is Swiss and so the
words were originally spoken in Swiss German):
"43. The proportional beauty of the Earth human being was
already recognized in ancient Greece, which is why the human
beings surpassing this standard of beauty were called ADONIS
[good-looking ones].
44. At that time, the Earth human being was somewhat wild, so
the real beauty was only recognized in a few, while those,
through whom it was recognized, were called the beautiful ones,
if I use the current Earth human terms for it.
45. At the present time, however, since the Earth human being
has discarded his greatest wildness and consciously cares for
his appearance, his given beauty comes to validity in its entire
appearance, so today, in this regard, the majority of Earth
humanity can be spoken of as Adonis forms.
46. This refers to the Earth human being’s physiognomic,
shape-related and proportional appearance.
47. The Earth human being is one of the most well-proportioned
and best-looking human life forms in the Universe, who is only
somewhat surpassed by his actual ancestors, who have reached the
best possible perfection in proportional regard.
48. The difference, however, is no longer very great because the
material form is subject to limits and cannot be extended."
So then, to me that is simply saying, cultivate the beauty and
look after the beauty and do not let it atrophy through neglect,
and then be an Adonis! ;D
.... Oh! There is one more thing. It may sound odd, but actually
... I found those viral videos interesting, too, especially the
"Don't Judge Me challenge". It is just amazing how mangled hair
and a bit of blemish can change the beauty drastically, and
simply correcting surface issues can so drastically and
magically reform the beauty - as if by a miracle.
