       No, I'd watch the entire video... he's using an appliance at
       night for a few adult patients. This is after one year and three
       months of that. He's still in his experimental stages with the
       device.

       I'm doing a bunch of things - sagittal spaces are going really
       well, palate widening is f.slow and only really tipping the
       molars out (but creating space nonetheless), and wearing a
       Delaire faceframe at night. I am 99% sure these forces will not
       move my maxilla forward. It is only to prevent the molars moving
       backwards due to the sagittal opening screws.
