       Belt facepulling results?

       Hello, I have recently been looking at the belt face pulling
       technique and am not sure what to think about it. Has anybody
       actually tried it? What were the results, if any? Was it
       harmful? Any sort of testimonials to how effective this actually
       is if it is at all?

       />It's hard to determine what these people were actually doing
       and
       how their techniques differed from each other.
       If you decideto experiment with it, be careful and use your own
       common sense. Weak forces over longer periods of time are much
       safer than strong forces over shorter periods of time.
