This is not true. It's a claim often encountered on the
internet, yet there is no scientific evidence to back it up (all
studies point to the contrary in fact). Usually the "proofs" for
these claims include some very loosely drawn correlations, like
prevalency of osteoporosis vs amount of milk consumed per
capita. It's classic mom-science.

Just think about this for a moment: why would something all
mammals survive on through the early childhood deplete
nutrients. From an evolutionary point of view, it would make
absolutely no sense. Organic/naturally produced dairy is some of
the best and cheapest energy available for man, and unless
you're lactose intolerant, allergic to dairy or simply hate the
taste, there is no rational reason to stay away from it.

I totally agree with progress!
In my idea, weston price type of food is most healthy. Tribes
used to eat that kind of food, and have great body and facial
development..and no cavities either...perfect wide smiles. I
have his book too (weston price's)
the most important vitamins are the fat solutable ones ,
vitamine A,K,D , E...the first ones are availiable in green
pasture's fermented cod liver oil. That brand is recommanded by
the weston price foundation. I'm not sure how 'indepedant' that
organisation is anymore (not saying its not - but you never know
these days...big companies take over everything and deliver fake
info)..so in my idea is by going what seems to have the least
likelyhood to be "faked" is the most strategic way to go .
Zinc , the most masculine mineral, is mostly found animal
products. It basically makes you more masculine, especially in
the devleopment years. Zincs opposite counterpart is CUPPER.
Most people these dasy have way too much cupper in their bodies
and way too little zinc. This makes everyone less masculine (And
so easy to control ;))...so its important to keep eating
naturally fed animal proteins AND FATS. Especially animal fat is
healthy (from a propherly bio raised animal that ate grass and
not soja or grain since both lesser zinc)
Zinc (Masculine mineral) is closely related to the amount of
testosteron you have . If you lack zinc, your testosteron
decreases and the amount of cupper you retain increases. CUpper
is related to ESTROGEN and as many of you might already know,
we're being overloaded with foods that cause estrogen dominance
in the supermarket type of foods, and also in the
vegan/vegetarian type of lifestyles. Although those people think
they're doing something healthy, vegan and vegeratian diets
really are not, since they create a very yin,
cupperish-estrogen-loaded (feminine) enviroment in your body.
Being filled with cupper and having high estrogen on itself
causes your body to get candidas and poor digestion. So you see,
the balance betwene zinc and cupper is very important. This
explains also why newer generations of men are less masculine
than older generations. (pussies are easy to control for those
who rule)
More minerals NEED to have a balance in your body, and usually
"normal food" (aka food that most peopel eat) only contains one
of those. This causes our body to go out of balance
The same is the case with calcium. CAlcium is everywhere, but
calcium and magnesium need to be balanced too. Bones are made
out of calcium AND MAGNESIUM. Magnesium is the one that that
allows bone to bend but not break, and calcium on the other hand
makes bones VERY hard, but easy to break. No wonder that old
people break their bones if they fall, because their
magnesium-calcium ratios are fucked up completl and people get
lots of calcium in their bodies each day simply by using
tapwater
You see, as you can understand by the name of this website
'breaking the matrix', and general denstistry, usually the
opposite of what is overly advertised is healthy is actualyl
healthy
So meat is healthier than vegetables, although the last
decade(s) or so vegetables and fruit are being advertised being
so incredibly healthy. When i tried to begin eating healthy and
thinking about foods and their relation to health, I thought too
that fruits and vegs were SO healthy , and meat is not ....Most
nutricients you get from meat are also in a form our body can
use directly, and alot of nutricients and vitamins from plants
are in a form your body has to transform into antoher form
(where it sometimes needs OTHER nutricients in order to do that)
in order to be able to use them.
beta-Carotene is a good example of that....or vitamine K1....all
plant based and your body can not really use them..and can
sometimes even be unhealthy because they store in your body..

Hmm... as a vegan, I don't consume soy (estrogen) and eat Whole
Foods. (I don't know what you mean by controlling pussies...
I'll be literal and take that as being a magical cat herder -
you must use catnip) The China Study and others suggest a high
carb, low fat whole food vegan style is statistically super
good. Raised a meat eating carnivore on an American diet, I've
found digestion balancing, skin calming, improved energy going
vegan... but supplements - like pea protein - can be needed,
though oddly some vegans just eat fruit and veggies with whole
fats - think how people likely lived when pre-historic and
roaming - and their panels on blood work are amazing, and
bodies are muscular. No idea how yet, but it's all very
fascinating.
