So awesome. I was a huge nerd in my posts, I tried to "science"
it all up in some of them. Your pic is pretty damn clear though.
       So awesome.

Not really, no, since I stopped doing NCR on myself and
face-pulling. Today I was thinking about constructing a new
       helmet
I wanted to wait until I can afford to have somebody do NCR on
me with some training and in a safe place, since I actually
scared myself one time almost from the finger cot bursting in my
nostril once and I don't know where the rubber that blew off
       went actually.
So me I chose to play it safe and the next time, have a trained
person do it so that if something unexpected happens I'm not by
       myself.

Oh, 4 years in puberty has a pretty big effect on bone
development too though. Like, be realistic. I think there's
enough evidence to show that it's a working thing, this
face-pulling. But I mean, from 15 to 19 our faces really start
to shape themselves out too, right? There's also that to
consider before saying that face-pulling can make bones grow.
It's possible our bones get jammed back somewhat and
face-pulling is helping to draw them out a bit since bone matter
is just a little bit flexible with prolonged force, just like
how it's possible to slowly change the position of the teeth
with braces and gentle force over time.
But we also grow a lot during puberty.

It's still amazing though. It's so sad how children get mocked
but, like, then look at how handsome you are guy! We can be like
greek Adonises- and me I started face-pulling at age about 22 or
so so anybody can do it.

       Yeah that's true
pure mass of bone, growth of skull= determined by hormones
HGH/testosterone makes a face manlier, more adult like looking
       on itself
direction of growth = toungue posture, facepulling, NCR\
However, what we should not forgot that even with the right
amount of hormones and thus growth, the lack of growth IN TE
GOOD DIRECTION *can* look like a lack of growth of the skulls.
Like for example someone is mouthbreathing, it seems like his
skull has not ' grown' wide enough, while in fact the rotation
and location of the maxilla influences the final shape of the
skull so much, that it may seem like an unmanly (aka low
hormones/testosteron face) while in fact its just the direction
of growth that has gone wrong.
For example, I look more manly now I did helmet and facepulling.
For me , the wider face and the brows being in a more '
dominant' direction, and more horizontal eyes, it just gives a
stronger vibe, while all we have changed is the shape, not the
mass and not the hormones. that's the cool thing
I think whether someone looks good objectively can be determined
       by the growth direction
However, the amount of hormones that an ' ideal' or '
       attractive' face has, is subjective
Some women like a more boyish look, some a more rugged look.
However, most prefer the direction of growth to be in the right
       direction..
( i do know examples where this is not the case though - my
sister feels attracted to unhealthy looking faces with big
eyelids, thin heads etc) which she has too. But that's a subject
for another thread I'm planning to create!
       Greets all,
       Ryan

       Yes! You're welcome!
Today I watched Finding Dory and it made me happier
andvrecognise recognise my forgetfulness too, but when I look at
my face now I see that it got helped too!
I drink a lot of milk too so my face had a chance to flesh out
and gain the mass I missed out on as a baby!
I was really glad for a moment that you got help by my posts!
Did you see the warnings about pulling too hard? I may have
forgotten but I posted them so nobody would get hurt.
I tried to make it right again after I possibly misled folks..

       Oh yeah, about milk though!
Milk depletes calcium although it really helps to build some
healthy mass in the body and can help us to build healthy weight
in our faces. But some folks should be careful in case they have
       a lactose intolerance.
       Good development everyone!
