the before pic was ~4 years ago while i still had braces on.
braces absolutely destroyed my face. i won't go into details, as
there is lots of evidence as to how this can happen elsewhere,
but my change is just here to serve as hope for some of you guys
out there. i owe adopting good facial posture my goddamn life.

Hi jamo716,
Big improvement...Congratulations!......It's actually motivating
indeed, and good pics always help the community to keep feeling
motivated.
Would it be possible to show us some more pics? I've seen a few
online somewhere of I think you in a bathroom with recent pics,
with almost not visible eyelids anymore (after pic) and one of
you from a sort of blurry photograph
And what is your routine ATM?

That's massive improvement if legitimate. It's fascinating to
see how much the shape of the whole mandible can change over
time. In addition to the question Ryan asked, I'm interested as
to what kind of psychological changes you've noticed during this
time, if any?

Wow awesome job! I'd love a detailed routine too :) You've
really shown a drop in vertical lengthening? Your gonial angle
is nice. Are you a grown adult or still in puberty? I've never
seen anyone as an adult show pics yet of changes without surgery
and I'm excited to see if this was all natural diy. Thanks!

Wow. Looks like Your mandible actually changed itself from the
one on the right to the one on the left in response to your
maxilla coming forward instead of just swinging up with the same
shape.

I am no longer facepulling. I chew 6 pieces of regular gum for
about 8 hours a day, I forcefully mew and practive good oral
posture through the night (often waking up sore from the
expansion i recieve over night). Technically I do some light
pulls using my finger at the end of the day, but it is mostly
directed towards palatal expansion.

This degree of change would have been impossible had I not been
undergoing a late puberty. I still am noticing changes to this
day, at the age of 19. That being said, I highly doubt I would
have become better looking if I hadn't maintained good oral
posture over the last 7-8 months or so.

I'm super happy you've had changes! I wish I would have known,
since being in my thirties and female... well, I just don't know
what could happen. But probably not such a good change! What I
think is super awesome is that you were in puberty and late, so
it's not just elemtary aged children that can have a major
change in their gonial angle. Any tips on keeping the mouth shut
at night? My jaw just wants to open :(

Avoid head forward posture so your jaws stay shut. Body
mechanics stay the same regardless of whether you're standing or
sleeping.

Why exactly did you stop facepulling and why so much chewing.
I'd like to hear your story , and why you came to doing waht you
do now and why you came to doing what you did back then

Have you had any extractions, including wisdom teeth
extractions?
