Modified Hockey Helmet Method for Face Pulling?

I really like the results of Orthotropics, which suggests a
gentle, longer pull. Has anyone tried wearing the hockey mask
for face pulling at a low tension for several hours during the
       day?
I work at home, and have the option of actually trying this... I
mean, anyone could - but I don't think most work environments
will let an adult walk around and try to function with that on.
Thoughts? Thinking of getting a helmet soon, using a mouth mold
with wires, and doing longer rounds. The only flaw is I'd like
to sleep in head gear - but so far I think that's when I'd need
it off. Can't see myself sleeping in a hockey mask.
And when it wearing it, I'd use tongue posturing like I've been
       practicing every day, all day.
       Thoughts?

It sounds a bit redundant, since our tongues are capable of
producing similar constant low force without straining. Pushing
for 30 mins at a time with constant moderate/high force is much
harder, which is where the hockey helmet method shines.
Facepulling too hard for too long seems to have diminishing
       returns.

That makes sense... okay so probably stick with the normal 30
minute idea...has anyone tried just helmet pulling and mewing
with results? I'm a little scared of NRC 😳 and can't do
       palette expansion yet...

FP and Mewing will definitely work without NCR too. NCR seems to
make both somewhat more effective however.

Mew recently released a video on claiming power where he
discusses his new face-pulling device. He showed a before and
after of one of his patients that wore it for roughly 12 hours a
day and the results were phenomenal. If you have to opportunity
to do it for that long and have the patience to do it, I
recommend trying it! I might try it myself.

Maybe I can do an experiment where I do one method and then the
other? I'm okay becoming a guinea pig - well, a modest guinea
pig for seeing what help on a budget. What if like training, the
bones could do one day 30 minutes, the next a long period, the
next 30, and so on? Hmm...

According to Mew bones resist high intensity, short duration
forces but warp and move easily in response to long gentle
forces. Which would make sense because otherwise people that
regularly do activities like weight lifting and high impact
sports like boxing would have deformed bodies after a while.
Meanwhile a tumorous growth slowly pushing on the skull can do
       this to it:

I wouldn't mix up the short and long periods as an experiment
because then it'll just become unclear if the 30 minute duration
       is effective.
