I'm desperate. Where do I start?

I have health problems I want to resolve. The one that led me
here was my sleep breathing problem (similar to sleep apnea). I
have an overjet, assymetrical TMJ, and a host of health problems
that are likely related (digestive and mental).
I tried some self-NCR but didn't feel like I was getting very
far. I am female, and supposedly females have less success than
males. I've given up hope with getting far with self-NCR.
I know there are a lot of other things out there to try. I'm
       considering cranial osteopathy, craniosacral therapy,
       face-pulling, or other massage therapies.
I just don't know where to start or what I should pursue. I've
tried learning what I can, but the information is overwhelming.
I just want something that works, that will help me sleep at
night in good time, that is preferably not too expensive.
Thanks, and sorry if this question has already been answered
       elsewhere!

Have you started Orthotropics and "mewing"? with tongue
posturing? It's in YouTube under Orthotropics > John and Mike

I have been working on tongue posture. I've been using a sling
and tape around my face at night to try to keep the tongue on
the palate. I worry that I'm putting pressure in the wrong
places by wearing the sling. It's also awkward because my mouth
is forced into more of an overbite in order to get my tongue
into the proper position because of my tongue tie. I feel like
I need extra help outside of tongue positioning. Or maybe I
just don't have enough faith in it.
I've watched some of Mike Mews videos, but there's a lot of
information and I was overwhelmed. Thanks for reminding me of
the John Mew/MikeMew/Orthotropics things. I will have to get
back to watching some of their tips.

Find a dentist that will perform a frenectomy if you have a
tongue tie. I had it done with a laser and it was a lot quicker
and painless than I thought it would be. I didn't require any
stitches. I wish I had it done when I was a kid.
Head posture is very important for getting your tongue on your
palate with greater force. Practice the Mckenzie Chin Tuck. Most
people with cranial facial dystrophy have muscles that are too
weak in the front of the neck to support the head and muscles
that are too tight at the back of the neck.

Thanks for the tips. Did you do myofunctional therapy after you
       got the frenectomy?
I have what someone told me was a "moderate" tongue tie, but I
do feel like it affects my ability to keep my tongue on the top
       of my mouth.
