       What's wrong with my face?

I'd love to know how you all see, and what I should try. Health
issues and a need for better facial balance is why I'm so
curious. And you are all really wise about facial growth and
changes - why not document and see what happens! I've been
mewing for 11 days... and chewing on left side to try and help
       my crooked jaw?
       I'm needing to DIY also.
       Thanks!

Seems like a classic case of low set & recessed maxilla and
inadequate forward growth. Is your smile narrow? Do your gums
show a lot when you smile?
Mewing and a healthy diet will almost definitely improve your
face over time. Self performed NCR and facepulling may fasten
progress. PM me with your email if you need instructions for
       NCR.

I see 2 different side profile pics....Whats that about? one is
seemingly fatter rthan the other (at least if that is why the
right one lacks a slim neck look......or one is after a
procedure or dental practise you did? Please explain

One is with my chin tucked and trying to do the Mackenzie "tuck"
and the other is how I normally just hold my head without the
ruck - sorry should have clarified!

To me you look normal. Nothing really throws off your facial
balance too badly. Of course you would look better if your
maxilla / cheekbones were more forward, but so would most
       people.

I guess that's my goal - getting the maxilla forward and
       cheekbones higher...

No offense to OP, but if this is how normal looks to you, you
live in a depressing world. Cranofacial dystrophy is of course
       common, but common =/= normal.
OP has clearly potential for improvement... it would be absurd
to throw that potential away just because other people look
       shitty too.

I didn't mean normal as in without flaws, I meant as in the
average modern face. I wasn't trying to say there was no room
for improvement. There is a sunken in appearance under her eyes
that requires more support from her maxilla / zygomatic arches.

MeltedFace, you can see from the side profile, your jaw is at an
aprox 45 degree angle dwn as opposed to forwards, and your
maxilla doesnt support your eyes evidenced by the rings under
your eyes etc, the very fact your on here is positive thou as
your lookin for advice and this can be fixed, proper tongue on
top of palette posture but understand it takes couple of years
and shud be first and foremost and if u can afford try look up
ALF Appliance, learn to self NCR by geting hold of BStratts
instructions pdf whichll speed up the mewing greatly, positive
results could prob be achieved in as little as 2 years providing
the mewing is done correctly and also do look up ALF Appliance.
