Mewing for Facial Changes - is it enough?

Hello Everyone!
I'm new to facial re-structuring, but would love some
experiences and feedback.
After what I've gathered, it seems we all know the mewing tongue
posturing is important no matter what... what I'm curious about
is if it alone can achieve results... my goals are:
1) move maxilla upwards, for entire jawline
2) create better mid-face - I lack cheekbones, heavy eye
sockets...
3) facial symmetry - which I think is due to my chewing only on
right side after braces and extractions
I'd love to know if pushing the tongue up and forward (is that
right lol) can be as good as appliances. I do have an
appointment this month to see someone that does Orthotropics,
but financially I can't afford it...
But being too DIY besides what my own tongue, mastic chewing,
and swallowing can do isn't something I feel great about.
Love any feedback, because as my username suggests, I've got one
of the most vertical and melted faces I've EVER seen. It's good
to know I wasn't crazy growing up - things went wrong. Let's
make it right! Thanks everybody 😉

Look into ncr and face pulling with a removable palate expander.
This is what seems to be the current trend. Lurk the forum see
what you can find. I'd recommend getting a myobrace if you're
not as serious. Tongue posture and chewing/jaw exercise is hella
important. It may seem weird at first, but after six months,
personally I've noticed the benefits and it's become very
habitual. Good luck!
