I am about to order this with the impression kit since I don't
have any casts done for my teeth but what the hell are the
headgear tubes? Should I order them? And does everything I need
come with this? Or do I need screws etc?

I think it comes with everything. What you might need is a "key"
to turn the screws. Here's a picture:

/>Also, I would suggest maybe getting the removable palate
expander:

/>because you can facepull with it.
Goodluck! Post progress.

Indeed, but the removable palate expander would not work for me
since I have permanent retainers, I don't think it would fit
properly in my mouth.
Something like this:

Also, even if it would fit, I am in doubt whether palate
expansion would work, since the retainer "retains" the position.

Welll....how did it go? Did you order the stuff? Was it
legitimate and successful? :o :)
