Great supplement stack! Would add a vitamin B multi or just
Niacin (vitamin B3) and your good to go.
I will say make sure your MK677 is legit and you got it from a
good source. Is it in pill form or research chemical? You need
to make sure your MK is the real stuff. Some websites / sources
pack pro hormones an sell it as MK. If it is in chemical form
then you can be sure its legit. You need to research the hell
out of everything.
MK will give you mild noticable effects like being drowsy,
increase in appetite, improved sleep, tingling in your joints
and wrists then you know its working.

Yeah ill look into the niacin. I got the mk677 from sarms1.com
and have been using it for a couple of weeks now to great
effects! I was wondering if i should be taking an AI sooner or
later?

Ginger schlayer, I haven't really looked into supplements much
whilst trying facial remodeling. What is each supplement
supposed to do and what effects have you noticed? Thanks

Good source btw. I would wait till your OLDER before you mess
with an AI (The sweet spot is nearer to the end of puberty when
your growth plates are about to fuse, estrogen is needed to
close your growth plates so having little of it would keep them
open to maximise growth, loads of short guys deliberately do it
and outgrow their genetic potential) there are many side effects
involved with having low estrogen.

Betterbytheday, does that mean AI helps you grow taller? I've
finished growing and would like to be a few inches taller. I
don't know much about supplements so any insight would be
greatly appreciated.

It won't help you if your growth plates have fused already. I
wish I had known about this a few years earlier too. I was
projected to become 6'1 but my growth stalled at 5'7. I also
took a few rounds of Isotretinoin (accutane/roaccutan) in
puberty for acne which most certainly did not help with delaying
epiphyseal fusion.

Yep, Im afraid If you've stopped growing you can be sure your
growth plates have sealed meaning there's not much you can do .
I might make a thread on supplements breaking them all down. At
the end of the day the effects are minor (supplements are just
supplements) but they honestly really do help, especially people
with deficiencies.

Yep accutane is very rough stuff. I cleared my skin naturally
through megadosing B5 which is supposed to be nearly as good as
accutane but the only way it will work is you need to take over
8g everyday of it. it got extremely expensive and just wasn't
worth the cost.

Have you noticed any face widening with vitamin k2? I've been
taking 15 mg of thorne k2 mk4 for a few months. My jaws look so
much wider. Not as much forward growth unfortunately so it
doesn't necessarily look good.
