This seems to have turned into a thread about NCR rather than an
introduction thread. Maybe a moderator wants to split the topic?
       It's getting quite interesting. ;)
Anyway, I'm just going to share some of my experiences lately
with the balloon. Here's what I did to finally get the balloon
to inflate in my throat as opposed to the turbinate. I have no
idea if this is dangerous or anything, just thought I should
       share.
First of all I numbed the inside and back of my nostril with
Xylocain. Otherwise my body just resisted the balloon and the q
tip because of the pain. I let it sit for five minutes.
I then inflated with the q tip on top of the finger cot and I
sort of pushed down on the cot with the q tip to lead it into
place. The whole thing, bulb and all, was angled downward. I
tried not to hold my head downward, even if this was what I
wanted to do instinctively. Instead I tilted it slightly upward.
Now, what I don't get is, if I inflate the balloon into my
throat with about four pumps, all I feel is that it's going to
gag me. No crack or pop or anything. Does this mean it's still
helping? Or should I continue pumping the balloon into my
       throat?

[s]No, you don't want to inflate the balloon down into your
throat because it will close off your windpipe.[/s]
[s]Do you know what size balloon you are using? Chances are you
need a smaller balloon in order to accommodate the size of your
skull. You can also try your fortune by tying the balloon off
closer to the tip, and see if that yields a better fit. When you
get the right location, you will feel some resistance as you
pump air into the balloon, and you may feel mild discomfort.
Also, because your skull plates may be locked up quite severely
as is apparently the case with the majority of people, do not
feel discouraged if it takes many tries to get any sensation of
progress. It took me about 10 attempts to hear a tiny cracking
noise around my ears, although depending on your individual
circumstances it might take you more or less.[/s]
       -----
MUCH LATER POST: Holy crap! I was freaking nuts when I wrote
this shit!! Ok, seriously - it's not sensible I don't think to
inflate a balloon in our skulls! Maybe having a 'professional do
it' could be less risky, but I actually ended up nearly killing
myself with this crap! I am sick knowing that I got so
hoodwinked by this NCR stuff. I am not saying it doesn't work, I
have no clue if it works. But, it is certainly possible that it
       could kill somebody!

Ok, so it shouldn't be felt in the throat at all? I thought Ben
said that's the only way it can go and it feels like you need to
cough? I guess it should expand further back then, just not
       down?

       That's right.
Another trick you can use to help the process along is to use
your tongue to block your throat as best as you can while you
are inflating the balloon. Hold it up against the top of your
mouth so that it restricts the ability of the balloon to inflate
downwards while you inflate. Chances are the balloon will try to
inflate down still if it is not a great fit, so inflating slowly
helps to control the amount of pressure.

       Hi everybody
Well, I've finally decided to give this ncr stuff a try
Let's see what happens. I ordered the cots and sphygmo bulb and
all the rest. Kind of nervous, to tell you the truth. But after
living with a pressure in my head for years, well, I figured
it's time to do something about it. I don't want to spend
thousands visiting a practitioner, as I'm sure this can be
equally effective. Ben talks about it being 'gentler,' so that's
       my only comfort.
Anyway, great website, looks good. I was into the orgonite years
ago... used to post on etheric warriors, remember that place? I
remember messiahmews from there. We've been around a little,
       haven't we?
Anyway.... let's see what happens. Any advice for someone just
building up the courage to shove a balloon in his nose and
inflate it... well, I'm all ears (and nose).
       [/quote]
Hey Todd, I'm just now seeing this. Sorry I didn't see this
sooner. Welcome to the forum here! It's not as busy as other
       forums.
I've had great success with NCR. I don't do it myself, as I
want to be taught firsthand in person by someone. I'll probably
take the ABC version of it by Jesse Jutkovitz. He calls it
endonasal cranial correction (ECC). i can tell you one thing,
these guys in here are very brave.
I had the left sided headaches (occipital neuralgia) and I still
have unresolved stress that needs to be released.
I had my 6th NCR session with Dr. Hillary Lampers, ND of
Northwest Neurocranial Medicine, LLC aka Sky Valley Healing
       Arts.
  HTML http://www.nwncr.com/
A couple of months ago, I added the ABC (Advanced Biostructural
Correction), developed by Jesse Jutkovitz, D.C.
The chiropractor that does mine said that Jesse will teach
anyone, and he showed my husband and I both how to do the 1st
Rib Maneuver. So in between each ABC session, we do the 1st
Rib at home. We also did it before my NCR over a month ago.
I have most of my before and after pics in the Therapies part of
       this forum.
What was your username on EW? Do you also remember Cbswork on
       there?

Hey guys! My name is Rozelyn. I've had my eyes glued to this
forum for the last few hours! It just kept getting better and
better. First of all, the aspirations for facial symmetry I can
totally relate to. Then I saw a few of you referencing the
golden mean ratio mask. And I thought I was the only one
obsessed with lining up to that thing! ;) another plus is that
you guys are into holistic health. *faints* did I just find my
       soul tribe?
Anyway, a little about me.. I'm currently nineteen, focusing on
sharing my revelations with mankind via YouTube videos, and
attempting to sculpt my body to perfection. Sounds a bit vain! I
just know beauty is a reflection of health, and being in optimal
       health is my goal.
I grew up on the standard American diet (SAD). Needless to say
it made me super sad. I was overweight, unhealthy, and stuck
with a permafrown on my face. *sigh* that's all behind me now.
Thanks to this forum I haven't had to resort to plastic surgery.
I had hesitations about doing so due to it being unnatural. I
think I would have felt like a phony. I can't wait to start face
pulling and practicing NCR. By the way, shoutout to Ben, Plato,
and Tyler for saving me thousands. Now I know with confidence I
can reconstruct my facial structure. Yippee! Thanks for letting
me share with you all :) I'm happy to be part of the fam. Here's
a picture of me that I took today. Can't wait to share my
progress with you all! Love, Roz.

       Welcome :)
This isn't the most busy forum on all of the Internet but it's
definitely a small group of very intelligent cranium
enthusiasts. It's such an unlikely and quirky special interest
       we share here.
Sometime this year I will probably deactivate my website since
I'm moving on to other things, but I'll always keep this forum
       up. It's a nice community.
You can share your youtube channel here by the way.
I do want to say, however you are going about this, proceed with
reasonable caution and don't get your hopes up too high. Wait to
see how things go. I'd love to say everyone gets the same
results but I'd be lying. So good luck and feel free to keep
everyone up to date with your experience. Hope you enjoy the
       forum :)

I'm glad to hear you're keeping the forum up. This seems like a
       nice place to document progress.
I agree, I shouldn't expect too much as far as results go but
any improvement will make me happy :) I'm mostly excited about
being able to breathe more effectively. Anywho.. I'm excited to
finally be chatting with you after all the time I spent reading
your posts, lol. Thanks for leading me here.
Also you might be interested in vitamin K-2. I was reading last
night something about k-2 being responsible for facial symmetry
and bone development. You might have heard of it before.. It's
often taken in conjunction with d-3 to help decalcify the pineal
       gland.

I'm interested in the K2, but haven't been able to find a good
clean one (without added magnesium stearate, maltodextrins, and
other un-needed fillers). I can get the Vitamin K1 in the form
of Biotics Research Bio-K Mulsion. But it's only K1, but is
clean. A liquid version of K-2 would be the best.
And welcome to the forum! Your picture reminds me of Jaime
       Alexander.
And Ben, please don't take your site down. I refer alot of
people to it, to read up on the history of NCR, and other
therapies. The basics and history need to stay, and I would be
greatly aggravated to have to search for all of it again.
