       BioBloc with retainers?

       I just got my braces off. Do I need to take out my retainers to
       have use for BioBloc? My smile is very, very narrow and it looks
       absolutely terrible, even though my teeth are straight.
       EDIT: I have permanent retainers on both my upper and lower
       teeth, will this prevent any NCR treatment and make it useless?
       Will this also render mewing/palate expander useless? If so
       should I take them out before it's too late?
