       Tough one. I don't think NCR is strong enough in terms of
       pressure to cause damage. You wont get any fractures from just
       one finger cot. If you feel ok then go for it! You can just use
       light pressure and a smaller inflation. Its just very gentle
       stimulation at the end of the day.
