Hi there, just new to the forum, going through some of the old
posts seems there is tutorial available about self ncr, I am
curious about this technique, I would be very grateful if anyone
who has any of this material could share it with me via a pm.
       Cheers, james.

Hi Improvement, thanks for your reply, I ended up finding a link
to the old ncr tutorial that was made by Ben so I've been going
ahead with that and just kind of experimenting on myself, the
technique seems pretty straight forward - choose which side and
which turbinate insert finger cot inflate building pressure
until you feel movement or whatever and the balloon ends up
inflating into the back of the throat at which point you deflate
and avoid breathing the balloon in and choking, I guess it takes
a leap of faith to keep inflating initially because it feels
like you might break something! 😬 One thing I am unsure
about though apart from the obvious question of how actual ncr
practitioners determine which side and turbinate to treat is
that Ben mentions that ncr practitioners stack 1-3 finger cots
on top of each other and inflate with a lot of force, do you
know or anyone else reading this know what he means by
"stacking" finger cots on top of each other? All I can think of
is if you literally stack them up but this would require
multiple sphygmomanometers to squeeze at the same time right? Or
does he just mean to insert the finger cots inside each other to
make it thicker? I don't really use skype so much but if you do
have any juicy tidbits of info including the aforementioned
question you could send me a pm perhaps? It would be much
appreciated 😊 thanks again for your reply. Cheers, james

Hi James, it's awesome that you already started
Yes, he meant to insert finger cots inside each other. He also
mentioned that "SOME" practitioners do that, so it's not
       necessary at all.
If you cannot feel enough pressure with only 1 cot you can try
stacking more. I don't think it's something safe to do, taking
into account that you can inflate one single balloon up to 5
times without a problem... or even more, to a point the thing is
       bigger than your head
Maybe they do it to apply more force with less inflation rather
than using one balloon that could be too thin for the job
I, for example, inflate the balloon three times (Full pumps),
and it's enough for me. I've experienced slow and steady changes
There's no need to determine which side to treat; you can take 1
day to treat the whole left side (Top, mid, bottom passages)
rest the next day and decide when you're going to treat the
other side. Make a schedule for it. Ben recommended to leave a
       day between sessions to rest

Hi Improvement, great thanks for the info about stacking the
cots, that clears that up, a day of rest between treatments that
makes sense I think I must of skipped over that suggestion,
definitely is the kind of treatment you probably shouldn't do
       too much.
       Cheers, James.
