about face pulling

Hi everyone here, I hope you all are doing fine, I'm from India
and I have very asymmetrical face, my right face is higher than
my left face and also I've noticed that my right side maxillary
teeth are bit higher than my left side which obviously makes
sense that if I do more face pulling on my left side then it may
bring my lower side higher and can get to an alignment in same
level in both right and left side . but I'm worried that only
face pulling can be effective or not? I've read people's posts
and they have done both self NCR and face pulling together for
making face symmetrical but since there is no NCR expert in
India I've no clue how to get this treatment done and also I
can't find anyone who does self NCR, so face pulling is the only
option I got now.
I've no braces but my ortho gave me a retainer to wear so with
that retainer I can probably do the face pulling and also I'm
using cricket helmet and not hockey which plato used, so I
really wanna try this technique out but I'm still scared for a
reason that will it work? or ncr is necessary to make it work?

NCR is not necessary, from what I understand, to make it work.
However, why not just do both? All you need is a syphamanometer
pump, finger cots, and the back of a wooden toothpick to do NCR.
The materials can be had on Amazon for about $10 at most.

it's not about the materials because I can get all of em easily,
but how would I know if I'm doing right or not? I've read many
people's experiences in which some were successful but most of
em weren't and also they were about to get themselves killed. So
before starting I wanna do some research on how to do it, if you
know the technique can you please show me the correct way? my

Im pretty sure there is PDF explaining the Self NCR technique.
You probably already have it.
Just remember to have the Balloon tightly secure, and to start
off very light as you start learning and understanding how to do
it.
