       -Atalsprofilax
       -and other Chiropractic/Osteopathic adjustments of Spine and
       Skull
       -Great Healthy Abundant Diet, Supplements,
       Exercise, Low-Stress, and plenty of Deep Sleep.

       Overtime, over a period of a few weeks, Months, going on to a

       If you're male try to get 10-15% body fat.  No matter how good
       your bone structure is, it won't show, it won't have the impact
       if you have too much fat on the face.

       but, what's the use of getting less body fat when our facial
       bone structure is not symmetrical?
