Kate's story - My experience with poor orthodontics and
face-pulling

Hello everyone, I am Kate from Poland - the one from Platos
website (I am the one who used that plastic device with wires) .
I will write here about my experiences soon - but unfortunaltely
I am not cured and still struggle with much identical problems
that you guys do/did (depression, braing fog, scoliosis, TMJ
etc.). I am currently undergoing orthodontic therapy I seek to
improve because despite being only one year in the process I
already see that it will not be able to help me in a way I would
imagine it to. I have small experience with face-pulling and
self-NCR too and I will write about it soon. In the meantime I
can give you the link to my blog - you can see the pictures of
my current situation in there - unfortunately the blog is
written in Polish - I am not very good in English anymore
because for a long time I haven't used that language. So if
anyone will be interested you can throw it to the google
translator. My blog's name is: aliveagain.pl and all threads
considering "aparat ortodontyczny" descibe my current situation
and treatment. I am working a lot lately and I have very limited
free time now, so please excuse me that I wrote such short post.
I will tell you about my situation very soon.
