Hey guys I am new to NCR and facepulling I want to learn more
about it.. My top row teeth are straight they always have been I
just have an open bite my bottom teeth are straight but are
space out and my dentist told me my lower jaw was off. I can
tell because one side of my face is skinny while the other is
more develop. my face is long from the side also. I believe I
have a weak lower jaw because when I sleep my mouth can't stay
close and I mouth breath and drool a lot. I stop one time and my
life but it has returned. I am considering getting braces or
Doing NCR. I actually have a doctor in my hometown (lucky me).
Which do you think would be best for me ? I don't really have
the money for NCR I am a college student. I also have some
questions for you guys? does NCR Hurt ? I seen videos and it
looks painless ? What's the price of NCR ? how long before you
start seeing results ? what can I do to set me lower jaw back
       into place.

I wouldn´t get conventional braces, rather some palate
expanders. Also NCR will help you, it is not really painful,
just uncomfortable the first few times.
If you are a mouthbreather, especially at night, consider taping
your mouth at night while you sleep to ensure nasal breathing,
until your have changed your structure and it is natural. This
       will already help a lot.
