Help make a guide to Self NCR

Can someone who's done it pass down the info?
My main questions are simple, as most of it is explained in
fragments on here. Is there a technique for putting the cots up
your nose? How far back should the cots go into the nose, or are
you aiming for something? How do you inflate the cots? I've seen
specialists do it in 2 seconds and others say that's too fast
for self-NCR and could cause damage.
I'd appreciate it.
PS. I'll pay you to make the info public on these forums. Be
nice, we all need this.
