Did I give you the muscle testing technique or did you
independently realize it on your own?
Only in the past couple months have I realized that muscle
testing is a very effective method for this therapy. It would be
strange if you came to the same conclusion in your own.

I hadn't heard you mention it till I read your book the other
night :) But I'm not surprised you're aware of it and am happy
you made the connection Ben. That's wonderfully serendipitous!
I have been a big reader of David R Hawkins books for years and
I muscle test for almost every decision I have to make nowadays
(I HIGHLY recommend his book "Power versus Force" for anyone who
is new to the subject) I was delighted to read your description
and technique of it as well. Another great book is "The Body is
the Barometer of the Soul" by Annette Noontil.
The emotional release technique was totally new to me and I
think it is just what I have been looking for to help me clear
up some emotional blockages and progress onwards to a higher
level of being... I like the way the emotional code corresponds
       with the Chakras. Completely fascinating!

I cannot believe it has only been three months since my first
post here. Wow it has quietened down here somewhat. Quite
unbelievable that I once had a strange notion that "someone
could teach me NCR online", finding Bens site a few hours later
and then starting days after! Quite bizarre! Yet this site is
obviously such a fabulous resource for people that really need
it. I am really hoping that it will continue to be an archive
and a place people can come for help and information in the
       future...
Well, I am now around my 57th set of inflations, and am still
feeling the benefits of what I have been doing. I am planning to
take it up to my goal of 70 by the end of next month and then
have a (much needed) several month long break to rest up... I
will continue, I am sure next year but probably on a much
       gentler timeframe.
The benefits to my health are very evident now. The extra muscle
mass on my body has started to become more noticeable - I am
eating more but the weight seems to going to the right places
for once! I have become much more aware of breathing during
sleep and am sleeping in a much more conscience way , if that
makes any sense. I get a rush of energy right after an inflation
(usually done in the morning) and feel rather fatigued by the
afternoon/evening, happily the fatigue disappears after a couple
of days of rest... It feels so great! I think the cognitive
benefits really start to kick in and become more powerful after
the 40th or so set of inflations...
My face more or less looks like it used to, just more
symmetrical. The changes are more noticeable in profile. The
sloping ridges over my eyes that used to bother me the most, now
are smooth and rounded, my nose has better projection whereas
before it was almost a vertical drop from the top of my forehead
to the tip of nose. Ive taken hundreds of photographs throughout
the whole transformation so I expect I will be able to choose
some and post them online when I get a chance to sift through
       them all ...
Feeling much more confidant about the world in general and
willing to make changes in my life for the better. Looking
forward to traveling the world again and seeing it from a better
       looking set of eyes!

good to hear you're making steady progress, you seem to have
gotten a handle on the therapy pretty quickly, looking forward
       for the picture.

       Hi nakedeye,
I have been searching for NCR treatment demonstrations online
and could not find one. I was planning to do a self-treatment,
if its possible. Where can we find a video online about
       thisprocedure? Thank you very much.

Hi just bumping this thread I started 4 years ago with a bit of
       an update:
I see I mentioned taking a "several month" break from doing the
inflations, which of course due to work and several other
factors (and probably just laziness on my part) the break turned
into 3 long years where I didn't do much other than the
occasional "maintenance" inflation. Also, after I got towards
that 70th set of inflations I was not seeing as much progress or
doing much work to improve my techniques, but was still more
       than happy with the improvements!
Well, about one and a half years ago I noticed there was some
negative type movements and relapse with my skull shape,
probably partially due to the fore mentioned stress, I suffered
from some symptoms where I noticed that both my eye sockets were
not lining up evenly in my skull anymore, one had seemed to
dropped downwards and backwards slightly.... These symptoms were
       silent and sudden.
So over the past six or seven months I have decided to complete
yet another set of 70 balloon inflations (with each set usually
between 4 to 8 channels treated, or sometimes as little as one)
and managed to get both of my eyes looking even again (I think
the original problem may have been because I over-treated a
particular area, there was also a predisposition for me to have
a weakness in that area as I had a similar mystery collapse
during orthodontic treatment that strangely seemed to
       self-correct later on).
Because I was really happy with all other aspects of treatment
(my nasal improvements still function brilliantly, and I got a
more fantastically even, wider smile) I decided that I was on
the the right track with the treatment after all despite the
latest setback, and would try to plow ahead with it.... I also
decided to add face pulling with a Hawley retainer; this time on
a much more dedicated daily basis rather than the half-arsed
       attempts from before.
Well I think this new set of 70 inflations has resulted in much
more serious "Dean Howell" style facial remodeling than I had
intended, or even thought was possible before with much more
(and fantastic!) lateral expansion - whereas from previous
treatments it was my profile (side view) that from benefited the
most. (I realize that Dean Howell probably could have gotten a
far better result from fewer inflations.) I feel glad now that
this treatment will be ongoing for me as it's one of the only
ways to truly counteract the effects of gravity.
Note: Don't ask me for pictures. I NEVER took any from my
profile before because I was so freaked out by how it looked,
and that is where 85% of my progress has been.
       But some notes for progress:
*Keep track of how much expansion is happening by making a note
of how much white is showing around the edges of your eyes. Does
each one show an equal amount of white as the other? Does one
look like it's moved further apart from the other? Are they at
       an even level?
*Look for the same with "black triangles" at the corner of your
mouth. When you smile do the corners seem to be showing less
       shadow and more tooth structure?
*Are the cheekbones looking even in height and projection?
       *Any change in ear shape?
*DO make sure you experiment with different brands and sizes of
finger cots... I started with the tips of latex gloves snipped
off which probably wasn't a bad idea as they expand differently
(lengthways and outwards, unlike finger cots which are laterally
expanding). This kind of "taps" the speniod rather than crushing
upon it.... Might be better for first time use, though finger
cot's are the best for serious facial re-modeling.
*Look for "sweet spots" when doing NCR inflations. You'll find
that some channels are more compressed than others, these ones
will feel really good when you open them (but don't over do it!)
*I found NCR was always more effective and less fatiguing done
within the first hour of waking (The heavy feeling of sedation
afterwards was another reason I stopped).
*Face pulling is really necessary if you want the absolute best
result. I cant believe I ever thought this would give me an
overbite! The results are really beyond what I think NCR can
deliver for reasons that NCR does seem to reach a limit once the
nasal channels are balanced and open and flowing, where as if
you have a compressed profile (like most people who do NCR
treatments) with the face pulling the sky can be the limit!
