Blueberry Prison Recruitment & Academies

RECRUITMENT
Do you wish to become a guard in Blueberry Prison? then you
should make an application and place it in our recruitment
office. Make sure you follow the right format found here:

You have to meet all the necessary requirements in order to get
accepted.
If your applications contains any mistakes it will not be
automatically denied, you will be warned and given time to fix
your application that will be pending.
If you do not fix the application in the given time it will be
denied and you may not re-apply again untill the next
recruitment. (Unless you apply with a different character)
Any member of the Blueberry Prison Guards or Doctors can
recommend you. If the warden or the deputies accepts you, You
need to go to the roster page and reply in it. Write the name,
the link to the accepted application, the timezone and dont
forget to choose a division.
CADET
Congratulations! You are now a cadet. You will receive trainings
based on the division you chose.
As a cadet you are still a new member. You are not allowed to
drive prison vehicles. You are not allowed to go on foot patrol
inside prisoners zone (Basketball Area, Boxing Ring, Cells)
unless you have a higher rank partner with you. If a cadet is
seen breaking these rules it will result in an immediate kick.
As a cadet your job is to watch, listen and learn from higher
rank. Then you will be added to the next academy to pass tests.
Usually a person will not stay a cadet for longer than a week,
because there are academies almost every week and if there
wasn't any, the cadet has to demand a test. If he fails, he will
not be released from the guards, he will stay a cadet and has to
wait for the next academy and if he succeeds, he will be
promoted to an officer. The only weapons a cadet can carry are:
Nightstick & Pepper Spray.
ACADEMY & TRAINING
After being accepted as a cadet, you have taken the first step
towards many in becoming a correctional officer. Training in the
academy shall be easy, short, and not very stressful. But, in
the end, If you pass all the tests, you will be recognized as a
correctional officer in the state of San Andreas. The training
itself is done via watching, listening and learning and asking
sergeants and other high ranks members. If you have any
questions or concerns, please make sure you don't hesitate
asking them. The trainings mainly consists of five stages.
- On the first one you are only required to watch and listen to
your sergeant who will show you around the Headquarters and
inside the prison. He will show what's everything is used for
and he'll explain the guard main duties.
- The second stage is a small training to teach cadets how to
use weapons. This stage happens inside the shooting range room
inside HQ.
- The third training will show the cadets how to use tazer
against a prisoner and how to cuff him and place him in the
isolation cells.
- The fourth trainings is not a physical test, adets will be
examined to demonstrate the skills that they have learned. This
basically means that they will be required to use the knowledge
that they have learned in all the situations that could occur
inside the prison in order to receive their promotion.
- The last trainings is the division test, it depends on what
division the cadets wants to be in. All the steps of this
trainings are explained in the divisions section.
The cadets will be asked to go to the infirmary and the doctors
will do a quick check on them to see if they suffer any kind of
mental or physical illness that could affect their duties.
Once all the training is completed, c On a successful completion
of the trainings. They shall be promoted to officer rank. If
they fail to pass the test, then they have simply shown us that
they have not listened to the information, and they will be told
that they have been unsuccessful.
