/hgethere means to TP the player to your position but i think
that it's not useful, because you have /hsend.
I was thinking of adding /hduty too and i'll /hkick will be for
level 1 helper.
Banning, warning, specing and jailing aren't really needed for
helpers.

Anyways /hkick is good too. But can you do /hgoto too? Because
we can help players to go to the prison when stuck but when we
are stuck, we can't do anything
