More rights for Helpers | Turd

Explain Your Suggestion: As a Helper whos more active than
admins, I find myself useless in situations in which people are
DMing/Hacking, as the server rules mention no hacking I still
turn on S0beit and either won't let the DMers get out of the
clinic or teleport them a hundred times until they leave the
server.
I believe Helpers should have hacking rights (Personally, I use
airbreaks, go above the jail and spectact everybody, incase
somebody is hacking I send him to the control room).
Now to be more specific with what I want:
Commands like:
/Hkick
/HTemporaryBan (Time of up to one day) which can only be used
if no admins are online
/HGetHere
/HWarn (After 3 the player is banned until an admin goes online)
Aswell, /HDuty and hacking rights when not RPing (Airbreak,
Godmode to take care of hackers).
That is it~

/Hkick is level 2 helpers only but i think it should be brought
down to level 1
/HTempBan i think /hkick works fine too (whenever i /hkick
hackers they never come back lulz)

/Hwarn Meh i dont really think that would be needed
/Hduty as i said before the main part of a helpers job is to
HELP not to become small figures of admins
also i would suggest /hjail to take care of people that think
its fun to DM when admins arnt on

FYI, /hkick is for level two Helpers and I really don't see why
it is not for any helpers.
Also, /hjail would not work on hackers and since /hkick is for
level two and above, it is just messed up, now lastly to the
/hduty command.
not being able to choose wether you RP or take care of /helpme
reports is plain stupid and will lead to alot of complaints.

helpers should be able to /hkick too and /hjail for DMers not
hackers...

There are 3 admins from asfar as I know
Soumi as the owner, I last saw him online a week ago, was it?

Dennis, at nights due to his timezone and lastly, Jose, I have
no idea where is he.
Now you want DMing/Hacking to continue :3?
Soumi also refuses to recuirt more admins.
