Part 1: Foundation
Characters: None
Blueberry prison was established in 1930 by San Andreas state to
make way for an increasing rise in crime following a spark in
gang activity at the time. Blueberry, situated in Red County
seemed like the most perfect, semi-isolated township to host
such violent criminals. Due to this, many of the Blueberry
population left, and the township started to fall apart. The
most part of the town had now been reserved for staff at the
prison, as there were very few other jobs in the area. Most
people simply headed South to Los Santos to find work. Blueberry
prison had pumped the town clean of its once prestigious
existence. Due to lack of funds, and high costs, the prison
quickly cut the budget back. The prison's "Medium-Security"
level had dropped, even though the staff had not seen it coming.
Prisoners were escaping the facility, several escapees by the
month. The prison had sacked its previous management in 1995,
where it has slowly been improving its existence. Present day,
more prisoners are being shipped to the facility, payrolls are
rising and escapes have almost halved. From here, the prison is
slowly growing up again, as well as the township of Blueberry.
There was only one major setback, as a "naturally-occuring" fire
caused an explosion occured about 100 yards away from the prison
on 10/10/2010. The prisoners were shipped off to other prisons
across the nation.
Part 2: Wheels On The Bus
Characters: Vincenzo Montana and Padrino
Montana
The Prison bus slowly trotted down the cracked up road as it
made its way across Red County. The bus came to a halt, as it
approached a construction on the road. The driver started
speaking to a construction worker, as he stepped up to the bus
window. Unexpectedly, the construction worker pulled something
from his back pocket. Several Prisoners looked towards the front
of the bus to see what was going on.
*Bang*
A shot was offloaded from the whatever it was that the
construction worker was holding. It was obvious now what it was.
The prisoners ducked their heads down and several screamed. The
guard in the bus turned around and ran towards the small gun
locker in the front of the bus.
*Bang*
It was too late for him, because the construction worker was
already inside the bus and easily picked him off. The man walked
to the aisle of the bus. His name was Padrino.
Padrino: Fratello!
*Padrino cleared his throat*
Padrino: Vincenzo
A man slowly rised from behind the seat in front of him. He saw
Padrino and smiled.
Vincenzo: Padrino! Good to see you.
Padrino turned around and made his way towards the dead guard.
He searched around his pockets for a few moments and checked his
belt.
Padrino: Ah, qui.
He grabbed the key and made his way towards his brother. The
other prisoners sat in the bus, angrily.
A Mexican prisoner: Let us go too hombre.
Padrino smiled at him, then turned and pointed his gun at him.
*Bang*
Padrino: Sei morto.
Padrino lowered his gun and flipped the key into his brothers'
chains. They then tried to hack into the gun locker with the
butt of Padrino's gun.
A prisoner at the back of the bus: You've got cops behind the
bus
A police cruiser pulled up behind the bus. Padrino yelled in
frustration and shot a bullet towards the lock of the gun
locker. He reached into it and grabbed out a rifle. He placed it
onto the seat and grabbed a shotgun aswell. He chucked the
shotgun to his brother, then pulled out two Desert Eagles from
the bottom of the locker. He quipped up several rounds of
ammunition and chucked some more ammo to his brother. They then
ducked in behind a few of the chairs in the bus.
Two police officers stepped from the cruiser suspiciously, and
slowly made their way towards the front of the bus with their
hands placed on their guns, ready to draw. One of the officers
reached the entrance and then raised his gun. The other officer
said something.
Police Officer: Who did this?! Get off the bus now.
After about 2 minutes of silence, one of the officers gained
enough courage to enter the bus. Then Padrino said something.
Padrino: Big mistake poliziotti.
He hopped up from behind the chair with a rifle in his hand and
aimed at the police officer. The officer raised his gun at him.
Police Officer: Drop the weapon. You're outnumbered here.
Padrino laughed, then shot the first officer. The other officer
dashed behind a tree outside of the bus. Padrino confidently
walked out of the bus and towards the police cruiser. Vincenzo
hopped from behind his chair and dashed out of the bus, with his
shotgun raised towards the tree. Padrino hadn't noticed that
there was another cop. The cop shouted at Padrino.
Police Officer: Hands in the air, felon!
Seconds later, Padrino laughed.
*Bang*
Vincenzo had shot the cop in the leg. The cop jolted to the
ground and his gun fell to the ground as he accidentally
offloaded a bullet. Vincenzo kicked the gun away and said
something.
Vincenzo: Be careful next time brother.
Padrino: I already knew that you had me covered.
The two brothers laughed. Vincenzo hopped over the injured cop
and they hopped into the cruiser. Padrino started the vehicle
and they drove off towards Las Venturas. As they drove past the
bus, several prisoners shouted. Some in anger, some in triumph.
Part 3: Shortcoming
Characters: Vincenzo Montana and Padrino
Montana
The brothers were almost at Las Venturas. They pulled to a halt
at the bridge into the city. They pulled up at the toll booth,
just about to pay. Padrino noticed a group of strange cars in
the rear view mirror.
Padrino: Get out and run!
The brothers exited the car and dashed across the bridge. They
were almost across it when a series of police vehicles pulled
up, blocking their path. They turned around and ran back the
other way. They were trapped in the middle of the bridge. They
gathered themselves behind two cars, one parked on one side and
the other parked on the other. The owners must have ran off in
all of the clutter and mayhem. Padrino opened the door to one of
the cars. Released its handbrake and slowly drove it to park it
sideways on the bridge. Vincenzo did the same for the other car.
They were now trapped. All that stood between them and two swat
teams was two hunks of metal engineering. Shots were being fired
from both sides. The brothers occasionally fired a bullet or two
to scare the swat back.
The brothers lasted several minutes before tear gas was used to
contain the two outlaws. Neither of them was injured.
Part 4: Home Away From Home
Characters: The drug dealer bot, Vincenzo Montana and
Padrino Montana
Guard: Montana, Vincenzo and Montana, Vincenzo... Welcome to
Blueberry Prison. Your names are now: Inmate 117 and 118.
Vincenzo turned towards his brother, who turned towards him. The
brothers looked at each other and smiled.
Padrino: I'm no number you pig.
The guard smiled, then signaled something to another guard. The
guard stepped forward, and equipped his baton, before beating
Padrino to the ground. Vincenzo spat at the guard. He turned and
hammered him to the ground too.
Vincenzo woke up in the infirmary that night and left in the
morning. Padrino was heavily concussed, and had to stay in the
infirmary for the week.
Vincenzo stepped into the yard, and observed it for about a
minute. He sighed and walked toward an empty bleacher and sat
down. He sat for about 20 minutes before he was approached by a
shifty young man. The man spoke too him.
Drug Dealer: 'Ey you need some...
He lowered his voice and leaned right next to Vincenzo's ear.
Drug Dealer: Need some.. drugs?
Vincenzo stared at the man and smiled. I got no cash, eh...
homie. The Dealer laughed and spoke.
Drug Dealer: I'll chuck you on a tab... It's not like you're
going anywhere.
Vincenzo laughed. The dealer grabbed out a notepad and a short
pen.
Drug Dealer: Name?
Vincenzo: Vince... Eh.. Inmate 117.
The dealer chuckled. Okay homie. The dealer grabbed a small
plastic packet. Vincenzo grabbed it and lowered his head again.
Then an asian gang walked up to the dealer.
Asian Gangster: Give some your drug, homie man.
The dealer laughed.
Drug Dealer: No asians, keep walking.
The asian was about to hit the dealer, but then he clicked his
fingers and walked over to a tree in the corner. At that moment,
a few muscular black men walked onto the basketball court and
the group of asians walked away. Vincenzo saw the whole thing
and got an idea. He hopped up and made his way towards the group
of asians. He said something.
Vincenzo: You want drugs eh?
Asian Gangster: Yeah sure, funny man. Why we trust you? ****er.
Vincenzo: Well, no drugs for you then, ****jobs. I know i'm your
only hope of getting some, so you show me some respect.
The Asians straightened up.
Asian Gangster: I don't know how you're so wise. I've never even
seen you here before. Well, make with the drugs then.
Vincenzo grabbed his sachet of drugs and handed it to one of the
gangsters. One of the asians hesitated.
Vincenzo: You don't wanna **** with me. I may be new, but it
doesn't take a genius to realise what will happen if you **** me
over here today.
One of the Asians grabbed some green from his pocket and handed
it to Vincenzo.
Vincenzo: A pleasure.
Vincenzo smiled. These asians were weak. Perhaps they would be
the key to Vincenzo and his brother taking over the prison.
Part 5: Making Ties
Characters: Jose_Mendez, Vincenzo Montana and Padrino
Montana
Padrino was due to be released from the Infirmary in the
afternoon. However, it was currently morning and Vincenzo's
block was on garbage duty. They were carting bags of rubbish
from all over the prison to the disposal bins. Vincenzo was in a
group with most of the asians and another group wearing gang
colours. Soon before long, a verbal argument started between
these two groups. Vincenzo and a few other men had been caught
in the crossfire. He stood and watched the two groups fighting.
One asian man equipped a knife and he charged at one of the
Mexicans. The mexican dropped to the floor, and shots were fired
into the air. Vincenzo saw several guards from the high tower,
then a voice came over the megaphone:
Voice: All inmates get onto the ground or you will be beaten.
Vincenzo hopped onto the floor imediately. The rest of the
gangsters immediately ran off. Vincenzo looked shocked. A man
stopped for a minute, and signaled Vincenzo to follow him.
Vincenzo hopped up and followed close behind. He was quite
shocked to see that everyone ran off rather than obey the
guards' command. They ran around corners and eventually got to a
secret rundown structure behind the showers.
Jose: We should be safe here. Don't worry, the guards won't
search for us or nothing. Rule number one here: Don't get on the
ground if instructed unless there are less than ten of you in a
group or you are outnumbered.
Okay then.
Vincenzo noticed that the man was one of the gangsters and began
speaking again.
Vincenzo: Why did you help me?
Jose: You know about that man that your tag team killed on the
bus last week?
Vincenzo: Uhm, yeah... How did you know about that?
Jose: All us high-rollers know about it capo. Let's just say
that I heard it on the grapevine, eh cabron?
Vincenzo: Okay. Well, what about him?
Jose: He was a Mexican and he was here because he murdered my
brother. Thanks to you, I can sleep with both eyes shut.
Vincenzo: Well, it was my brother who killed him, but don't
worry about that guy. He's as good as dead.
Jose laughed.
Jose: Where's your brother now?
Vincenzo: Eh, Padrino is in the infirmary now. He talked back to
a guard and it didn't go down to well. S**t, it's time he gets
out now. Let's go get him and we can head over to dinner.
Jose: Sounds good hombre.
Part 6: Down And Out...Again
Characters: Jose_Mendez, Vincenzo Montana and Padrino
Montana
Vincenzo greeted his brother, who looked like he was in an okay
state, considering his state a week ago. Padrino smiled at his
brother.
Padrino: Fratelli!
Vincenzo: Good to see you again.
Vincenzo and Padrino walked towards the kitchen area, and on the
way, Jose jumped out, behind Vincenzo. Jose MINDLESSLY pushed
Vincenzo in an almost robotic-like motion and he fell to the
hard pavement, shattering his skull in several places. It felt
like he was struck hard by a ban-hammer. Vincenzo was locked out
of the prison to receive treatment for a long time, until he
could be bothered with making a ban appeal. Padrino sighed, at
the sight of his brother, almost dead, as he was several days
ago. Padrino met with Jose after the incident and asked him
something.
Padrino: Jose, why did you push my brother?
Jose: It was an accident. I aswell as my gang will make amends
to you.
Padrino: Don't worry, everyone makes mistakes. Like they say,
"Pobodies Nerfect."
The two me laughed and exchanged cigarettes. They lit up and
walked back to their cells.
Part 6: Alliance
Characters: Jose Mendez, Donnie Kane, Drug Dealer Bot
and Padrino Montana
Jose walked to the entrance of Padrino's cell. Padrino had been
sitting there with a lighted up joint. He offered it to Jose.
Jose grabbed it, and gave a few puffs then coughed.
Jose: Hombre, I know where we can get the real quality shit.
Come with me.
The two men stepped out of the cell and headed out of their
cell-block and navigated their way across the yard towards a
tree off to the corner. As the two men approached, somebody
stepped out from behind the tree.
Drug Dealer: 'Ey Jose my man, what's up?
Jose: Same as usual ese.
The two men had a small laugh.
Jose: Speaking of the usual, you know what I want?
Drug Dealer: Read you loud and clear.
The drug dealer bent over and took his left shoe off. He pulled
the sole of the shoe out, to reveal a small plastic packet of
some unknown substance hidden in his shoe. He handed the packet
to Jose and then reassembled his shoe. He put the shoe back on
and then looked to see if anyone had noticed.
Jose: A pleasure, hombre.
Jose slipped the drugs into his back pocket, then pulled some
money out from his shirt pocket. He read aloud as he counted the
money.
Jose: One hundred, two hundred, three hundred, three hundred and
fift...sixty, three hundred and seventy-one. Pleasure doing
business.
Jose handed the money to the drug dealer. Padrino and Jose
slowly cruised back across the yard to the boxing ring. The
guards had been out for training, and for a prison security
test, only about three people were beaten up whilst the guards
were away. One of those people, Padrino had been involved.
Padrino: So this is where you guys hang out?
Padrino spoke as they neared the boxing ring.
Jose: Pretty much hombre.
Jose and Padrino neared another man. He was a bit taller than
Padrino and he spoke.
Donnie: 'Ey'o homies.
He shook Padrino's hand and introduced himself and he gave Jose
his fist. The three men started talking, and then as they were
talking, a man sitting alone on the bench spoke.
Man: Are you home-boys high yet? Can you get the fuck out of the
way. I can't see the sunset with you standing there.
Donnie: Excuse me?
Jose sniggered, as Donnie approached the man.
Jose slipped aroound the back of the man, somehow, without the
man realizing. It must have been because he just didn't care.
Padrino cracked his neck, then made his way over to the man.
Donnie grabbed the man's neck, whilst Jose grabbed him from
behind. Padrino carelessly walked up to the man.
Man: Get the fuck off me you queers.
Padrino pumped his fists, then knocked the man out, cold as
anything. Donnie laughed and gave Padrino some skin. Jose
reached into the man's pockets and grabbed three green notes. He
evenly distributed them.
Jose: One for Donnie, one for Pad, and one for me. Business is
sweet, eh compadres?
The other two nodded, and accepted their share. They were
walking off, when the man began to rise again.
Man: Dumb cholo, doesn't even hang with the right crew.
Donnie made his way up to the man.
Donnie: You want to die today. You fucking maggot.
The man cleared his throat.
Man: I think that you should...
Donnie punched the man again, right in the face, rendering him
unconscious and bloody on the face. Jose returned to the
man.Donnie kicked him several times in the guts.
Donnie: Mother F**ker
Jose unzipped his pants and began urinating on the man. Donnie
turned away and laughed.
Donnie: See you 'round homie.
He then yelled.
Donnie: See ya 'round Padrino. Nice work today!
Padrino turned back and laughed.
Padrino: See you, fratello!
Jose ran and caught up to Padrino.
Jose: Have you got a toilet, hombre?
Padrino: Yeah, why?
Jose: I need to take a dump.
The two men laughed, then headed into the cell-block.
