It seems no-one ever goes on BP-RP anymore, and a new prison ran
us out ?

It's simply because we aren't on the hosted tab. We've got no
way to emphasize us other than that thread on the SA-MP forums.
If you want to see players whilst we aren't on the hosted tab,
set your character ingame and just go AFK overnight. If we have
about 8 people doing it, people will see the server and join it.
I'd hate to see it crash, because I just donated. Also, get your
friends and tell people on IRC.
Unfortunately, we can't get onto the hosted tab at the moment so
if we're willing to sit it out until a slot becomes available, I
promise we'll get members then. At the moment, we're in a pool
of about 2000 servers. There's a slim chance anyone will join
our server. If we're on hosted, then there's only about 120
servers and a fuck load of people viewing those servers. Anyway,
I hope my advice helps to get us motivated on this. I'll ask the
Hosts if there is a way to open up a slot any sooner. I'm not
sure about the price, but it's probably no more than $10.

Well.. My best intentions would be to keep this server the #1
prison server, but due to some issues, some things have been
confusing, and it has messed the server up big time..

I'd do that but... the server's administration level is being
taken as seriously as a kindergarden.
Want more players, Soumi it's now your turn to make your step,
not just the server in my opinion~
