I will expand on what Ryan said..
1.What about nicknames? Yes, you have a name such as John_Smith
or Dennis_Lothian . . .
2.How many time I need to spend in cell? And how long is free
time? Well, you can buy your own cell, and those are useful for
hiding the weapons you get and drugs. You can also go inside
them to do deals, and whatever you can think of that goes with
prison role play..
3.Have you a hospital? Guard-room? Kitchen? We do have those .
A list of some of the rooms we have available for prisoners are
- Cafeteria - Cell block - Outside- Lockers to keep your money -
Gym to role play in and train your fight styles - Prison store,
to buy cigarettes and lighters. The guards have the Guard rooms
and isolation cells and etc ..
4.How many people need to be in one cell? You can keep your
cell for strictly you or share it with as many friends as you
want . . I personally barely ever lock my cell, and people can
go in whenever they want..

You will need to do roughly 100 jobs, depending on what your
doing, whether it be running garbage or cleaning the cafeteria.
