       3D Stereo Photography Workshop--October 3, 2013

       The date for the BPC workshop on 3D photography has been
       finalized!  Since there is another BPC activity on September 26,
       the date has been shifted to the following Thursday, October 3,
       in room 1C of the Monroe County Public Library. Basic
       requirements for stereo photography are simple: 1) digital
       camera; 2) Windows based PC.  The workshop will cover the
       subject from why we see in 3D to how to take and see 3D images.
       As an extra bonus all participants will receive a pair of
       red/green glasses!  Instructions will be given on how to shoot
       the images (any digital camera will work!), how to download,
       install, and use the free software necessary to generate images
       in a variety of formats (anaglyphs, side by side, passive 3D TV
       formats, etc.).
