       Okay, answer these four questions:
       1. Why do you want to be a Moderator?
       2. What will you do as a Moderator?
       3. Why should I trust/pick you?
       4. What changes will you bring to this forum?
       then you will wait to be judged by a judge.
       Judges:
       - KoolBox
       DO NOT ASK A JUDGE TO LOOK AT YOUR APP OR IT WILL BE
       AUTO-DENIED. If they say yes, you'll proceed to voting where
       Moderators vote on you.
       If you pass stage 2 you become a Mod. If you fail either of
       them, you fail, and you have to wait 1 week to apply again.
