-Staff Only- Award Making Area

Hello staff, here is where we will discuss the new awards and
make them. We have to vote. Since there are 3 staff members atm,
(myself, LevelOrange and Pytha) if your idea gets 2/2 votes (you
can't vote for your own), that award will be made.

This is really only for mods, because Admins can make awards
whenever they want lol

Yes, but I think if we spam up the awards maker then it would
get annoying. So, we should have a vote first. Also now because
we have 4 staff, you need 3/3 votes for the award to be made.
