- I think that through the teachings given by the giver Jonas.
He had to adapt to this new life getting all those memories and
feelings together them that were there. Was why the adapted his
tivity those feelings and became part of it and although I
remember forgot those feelings that they remained talves were
already part of the and there was like losing them.
-In the end I think perhaps they can find another community that
can recover and live new adventures. Although only a guess I
would like to know more about the end of the story. Whether
there are other communities and what are the ways of life of
these. I have many questions I would like to clarify about this
book ??? ???.

- I think that Jonas, when The Giver gave
the memories from all world, he met feelings at the first time
and he develop this feeling to make own to can conserve them
because he think that they are necessary and important.
- The story ends is so confused and doesn't make a clearly
final. Simply the book said that Jonas heard people singing,
that is there are people from Elsewhere and they are supposed to
help Jonas and Gabriel, but the laster has in a health's
critical state, and exists a possibility to not survive, but the
book doesn't say nothing, people draw their own conclusions. The
Giver is a interesting book that have to read for everyone and
hope I will read book like this.

I think this is because the Giver showed and taught Jonas about
feelings, and he made them part of his life. In addition, he put
into practice the feelings, as it was able to feel affection for
his family and Gabe.
I loved the Giver book. But the book had an open end and was
somewhat confused, I have many doubts about what happened to
Jonas and Gabe, and of course I would like a second part. :(

- I think that the feelings still linger in he, because the
Giver through the multiple memories and experiences has taught
to Jonas to feel truly different emotions. :) :)
- I think Jonas and Gabriel found the house and more people who
understand the feelings of Jonas. I also think that memories
saved by Jonas were released and the Giver is helping to the
whole community to support the various emotions that bring the
memories. Yes, because the final is very open and does not
provide many details about what happened to the community or how
new people will try to Jonas and Gabriel. ??? ???

Jonas gets the memories of the world from the hands of the Giver
including feelings such as happiness, love, etc; but just as
humans do in situations of extreme danger tends to conjure those
moments where feelings were stronger as family reunions to be
part of their survival, in other words being part of their acts.
I think the story ends near a cabin that resembled that her
memories where I met people with very different to that of his
community where he and Gaby would find a different future
customs.
But the end of the story has an "open ending" meaning that each
reader can give you the end you want, but if the author left
more statements could be useful to write a happy, sad or
different ending to what it looks as clearly as possible.

By the end of the book Jonas runs away. However, although most
of the memories have left him, the feelings have not.Why do you
think that is?
How do you think the story ends? Would you like to see the
ending more spelled out? Why or why not?
-Because The Giver give at Jonas all the memories for Jonas run
away to the limits of the community. This had feelings and
emotions and Jonas never had felt. So, Jonas learned to feel.
For that, when the memories have left him, Jonas continuous feel
due to he learned and he do not need to remember him of his
memories.
-Jonas run away with the baby and arrive to a hill, where Jonas
and Gabriel throw in a sledge. While this occurs, Jonas think
that in ther side, he will find persons who help.
- Yes, I was researching and I found the books that follow. It
is The gathering blue and the messenger. I was reading and they
are beautiful books. This showm the erality of the world and
that Jonas change his name by Lider and exist other characters.
The next book is The Son, but I can not to download because
recently was published.
But, in my opinion this books are the better around the world.

Well, i think that the feelings continue in because feelings
were stronger enougth to be seved on memorie. Also because is
natural on people that one time someone have a new feeling it
stay allways there, because of body memorie.
I think story ends with the contact between Jonas and the world,
i really like the end. Lowrry let our mind fly with an open
final and thats amazing, let people thinking about it and
reensambling all the story just to try to understand the end. I
mean, itīs something good.

I think that like that in real life, with the passage of time,
the mind may forget certain memories. However; the feelings are
inherent in a human being. Once Jonas could experience feelings,
these became part of it, do not forget, they stay with you
forever. Feelings manifested in any circumstance.
The book had a very open end, I was left with many doubts... may
the community assimilated all the memories? how will take it?
What happen will with the giver, with Jonas and Gabriel, Fiona
and Asher?
