       Ballad of Christine Keeler

I wonder how you dealt with the tricky rhyming section called
Ballad of Christine Keeler (p. 93). What did you make of each of
those elements? What exactly do they refer to (which aspects of
       Christine Keeler life)?
       Well-heel-er.
       Dealer.
       Feeler.
       Squealer.
       Conceal her.
       Steal her.
       Mrs Peel her.
"Well-heel-er" must be a reference to a few lines up (Can
laughter be well-heeled?) and the type of people she mingled
       with.
Squealer - as in "a spy".
Mrs Peel - this is quite obvious.
       Any ideas?
