Les Miserables by Victor Hugo

Okay. So I am officially making my first suggestion. Les
Miserables is such an icnoic play based off an incredible novel
by Victor Hugo. I have yet to read the full version of the book.
IT'S HUGE!!!! But I figured that it might be an interesting read
for our book club.
Synopsis: Focusing on an ex-convict, Jean Valjean, living in
France, this novel focuses on his attempts to remain free while
simulateneously raising the daughter of Fantine. Take place from
the battle of Waterloo to the June Revolution of 1830.

I think this would be reeeeeeally interesting, and my mom's been
wanting to read this book with me for a long time, so I'm
totally up for it! :D
