Retaliation's Moderation Recruitment Center

Post an application below consisting of questions a ask. I will
rate it out out of 60 pts. You need a 54 to pass/ 90%, good
luck. Note that every question is worth 10 pts. :D After this
round will come voting of all moderators and admins (you need at
least 75% vote to pass), ok.
Questions:
1. What are you accomplishments on here & on sploder?
2. Why should we vote for you to become moderator on here?
3. How active & promising of a moderator would you be?
4. What is your responsibility as moderator?
5. What would your initial reacting be to a case? Would you just
use basic rules or decide with your opinion, (explain)?
6. If you would like to be a moderator of a category, what would
it be and what would you do for it?

One of my accomplishments on Sploder is getting over 1,000
views. You should vote for me to become a mod because I know
which punishments a user should get if they break the rules. I
will be on unless I am on vacation or doing schoolwork. My
responsibility of being a mod is punishing members who break the
rules. If I could become a mod o any category, I old be the mod
of General because it will be the category with the most
threads. I will do my job and punish bad members if I become a
mod.

1) I have achieved 10,000+ views. I have over 1000+ votes. I
have at least 1 reviewed game.
2) I'll keep the forum safe. From hackers, spammers and
cyberbullies. I'll always be out there for members.
3) Pretty active. I am active on the Sploder Forums so I'll be
active as much as I do on Sploder.
4) To keep this site safe from hackers and other rule-breaking
people and to stay active as much as possible and to always be
out there for members, whatever the problem.
5) I would find the person who's doing it and warn them. Also
stay in touch with the victim of the case. I will decide with my
opinion.
6) General, most incidents happen there. I would tell the person
to stop and if they carry on it will lead to a ban.

1) I am fairly new, yet have the attitude and goals to strive
fore the best. I'm your average gamer guy, I enjoy forums as a
socializing party-like event, it's just plain fun. Also, I feel
that noobs just didn't get the chance to pursue there goals, at
a time we were all one of them. To say the least, I may
actually be quite academic in school, strait A student I tell
you.
2. Not only would I be friendly and active, but also fun and
persuasive. I would convince the rules not to be broken and
followed. You tell me a case, I can solve it within seconds, I
have the talent of identifying serious problems.
3. To say the least, I be extremely active and fun at the same
time. Also, I swear to give fair punishments on one's actions,
no matter how cool or popular.
4. Keep us safe your hackers, protect those from mean bullies,
and most of all: make these or any forums/ site a better place
for all who wish to enjoy it.
