       A national consciousness is a shared sense of
       national identity,that is, a shared understanding that
       a people group shares a common ethnic/linguistic/
       cultural background.

       i)Tolerating one another: This means the
       willingness or a way of allowing people to do what
       they want to say without
       criticizing or punishing them.
       ii) Living in harmony: People should live
       with good understanding of themselves,
       no fighting or disagreement with one
       another.
       iii)Patriotism of the citizens: This refers to
       one’s love towards his country or nation.
       A patriotic citizen will wish his country
       well.
       iv)Showing hospitality: That is where the
       citizens exhibit friendly behaviour
       towards their visitors in the nation.

       Youth empowerment is a process where
       children and young people are encouraged to take
       charge of their lives. They do this by addressing
       their situation and then take action in order to
       improve their access to resources and transform
       their consciousness through
       their beliefs, values, and attitudes.
       4b)
       i)Economic empowerment teaches
       entrepreneurial skills, how to take ownership
       of their assets and how to have income
       security.
       ii)Social empowerment teaches
       youth about social inclusion and literacy as
       well as helping kids find the resources to be
       proactive in their communities.
       iii)Cultural empowerment aims to recreate cultural
       practices and redefine cultural rules and norms for
       youth.
       4c)
       i) Expansion of the Scholarship Scheme at
       the undergraduate and postgraduate
       levels. The effort is designed to assist
       youths to acquire education at the
       tertiary level and to build up a formidable stock of
       human capital in critical areas of
       the economy.
       ii) Declaration of Amnesty for repentant
       cultists: This administration assumed
       office with a burden of youth irredentism
       and proliferation of secret cult

       or benefits can be described as: There is

       Represerntative democracy enables more
       freedom for individuals. People have a right to
       vote and also voice their opinion.

       development. Disadvantages of Representative
       Democracy can be elaborated as follows: This
       government form consists of elected
       represerntatives. Many a times citizens may be
       negligent while voting for their represerntatives.
       the possiblity of voting for a bad candidate is
       also high. There is alsoa higher corruption rate in
       such a government type.
       ➠Representative Democracy Structure:
       Representative Democracy structure gives an
       idea about its framework. The structure of
       Representative Democracy tells us how the
       decisions are made, what are the provisions for
       successsion, does this type of government rule
       by constitution or not, etc. Representative
       Democracy has Majority Rule. Elective is the
       type of succession in Representative Democracy.
       Parliament is present in Representative
       Democracy. Representative Democracy has
       Constitution.
