I've posted a thread discussing expansion, so I'd ask you to
hold off the Twitter account and forum linking at this present
time. However, both are a great idea on the Twitter front for
visibility/publicity, so keep them in your back pocket!
Keep using the hashtag though!

After all these years I still don't know why there's a belt in
the forest. :/
I do love the Hydra though. It's fun beating up on something at
level 14 and doing 300+ damage on crits.

Me neither, Varen! Glad I'm not the only one wondering about the
weird belt. Maybe it's a (overly subtle) Robin Hood reference?
Hmm... but wait, you're level 14? Beating Drakath in Surewould
just made me level 10. Where did you farm?
Played through the last assignments, and I have to say the most
enjoyable part of the Road to Falconreach is, for me, Zorbak and
the bear. Just seeing Zorbak go "meheheh, dinner time!
Trololol!" makes me laugh even if I then breezed through the
bear itself. Having done the Mother's Day questchain makes me
play differently in the Road to Falconreach... when I remember
the Hero is actually the cause for everything that happened
there. :P I wish there were more things like the Road to
Falconreach in Book 3. It would've been awesome to have a Road
to Amityvale in Book 3 Doomwood before the Full Moon War -
actually defeating everything on the path to get to the town,
then being intercepted by Thursday and Raven announcing the
attack... it would've been great, really. I do hope something
like that comes in the future.

Are we going to go back and do Pactagonal-tastic? (From Rolith)
Halfway through the Cave with Ash as my guest (and after 3
triple battles), I realized that my level 3 weapons were
extremely under-leveled for my level 9 character. So I let
myself be knocked out and went to buy some weapons. I spent
almost all my gold on a level 9 dagger, so I think I'll be in a
better position. I forgot how tight gold is in the beginning.
I also thought that Ash had been revamped a little bit. He at
least used to have a special move. Now he's just a one-trick
pony.
I miss my multi. [s]Hopefully that'll come next level.[/s] Nope,
I got 'Tangle' instead.
Throw is becoming my new best friend.
Also, remember that belt? We might have picked it up; I got the
Ragged Leather Belt as a drop for the Cave; its description
reads "This belt looks like it has been lying on the forest
floor for a few months"
Rasa visited Patch; she is now rocking [s]"The Lady".[/s]
Nevermind, that intersects with her body in battle. She now has
a pixie cut.
I've also started on training the Guardian armor; I'll try to do
it this week.
Finally, while doing the Quadforce stuff, I found my second
Chickencow Armor. I think the game is trying to tell me
something, and indeed, if I ever get a DA for this character,
she might become an Ascended Chickencow Lord.
EDIT 8/12/15: I started training Guardian, as per my original
plan. In the process I did some extreme leveling. I can't get
the last skill until I've hatched my dragon egg, so I think
that's going to wait for a bit.
If I feel like it, I might start potions training.

No discussion question this week, as my brain is too tired to
sit down and think of one.
And to clarify, you guys are free to farm, potions train, re-do
quests, however much you like. Just keep in mind that if we
leave some quests from an NPC unfinished, I guarantee I haven't
forgotten about them, and that they are coming at a later date.

Uhh... umm, I may not be doing this much at all but is Spam
Fighters actually appropriate to do at this time? That is, I
believe, a Verlyrus coded quest and ALL the enemies can do
relatively high damage and MP might not be good enough to
actually succeed in it. For in fact, I did it a couple times
before and I do not recall a healing pad at all...

As I didn't get a chance to play the quests this week myself to
confirm appropriateness, your point regarding Spam Fighters is a
good one.

Discussion questions will be making a return (hopefully) next
week. But now that we've finished the Dragon Egg saga, where
would you guys like to see us go next? Make a start on the Orb
saga, or explore some area/sidequests first? Or do some of each
every week like I have done before?
