Hmm... Given the situation that has arisen, I somewhat need to
post in this thread.
Essentially, I have just learned that I am going to have an
opportunity to borrow a DVD for Seachd soon and Draketh can very
likely brief me through setting up a stream for folks to watch
if they so wish.
To clarify, Seachd, like The Secret of Kells, is a foreign film
but one that is much less known. As such, the opportunity to
have a DVD quality version is a special opportunity onto itself.
However, that entirely depends on if folk would like to give it
a shot. There is no purpose in borrowing it if no one wishes to
see it. Especially, Seachd is a rather different type of film
from The Secret of Kells. For one, it is a somewhat more mature
film (though not mature in the sense of obscenities like drugs,
alcohol and the like). Likely partly because it is a live action
film rather than an animated one. It is not light as Kells is to
be sure.
Despite that, and I am clearly not biased, nope *eyes look
shiftly*, I found it awesome. Most namely because the telling of
stories is fairly central to the film.
So what would you lot say? Yea or Nay?

Elryn:
I would be very interested in seeing Seachd, yes please, Elryn!
It's very generous of you to offer us the rare chance to peek at
an unfamiliar film, thank you so much! (I'm imagining that this
would be a seperate, just-for-fun movie event, and not part of
Movie Night voting and suggestions, oui?)
Lady Star:
My suggestion goes to "Howl's Moving Castle"!

Elryn- I agree with Aura, I would LOVE to see the movie. It
sounds like a very interesting and fun opportunity!

Aura:
Whatever works best for you lot? I suppose it all comes down to
whether or not all of the party interested can effectively
gather outside of Movie Night time slots to watch. If not, that
is a question for Star I think?

So votes are open, you all have one week to vote!
As for Elryn's movie, since we would require you to stream it, I
agree that it should be something separate from the voting
process so that we can work around your schedule. I'd love to
see it, so we will work something out once you know when you'll
be able to borrow/stream it.
And as Aura suggested to me in chat, I'll be editing the first
post of this thread with a list of the movies we HAVE seen, so
that we don't get repeat suggestions!

So the winner for this week is Howl's Moving Castle! (Took
forever to break that tie xD) The two days I'm suggesting are
Saturday, may 30th at around 4:00 Server Time (EST) or Sunday,
May 31st at 6:00 Server Time. Post availability, please!

I am good for either day! I hope that this will be as fun as the
others have been!

Sorry for being so late in posting a day! Since no one has told
me a time they couldn't make it, I'm going to actually have it
on Saturday, May 30th at 5:00 server time. Let me know if that
suddenly means you can't make it!

start, please!
