       How to Help Yourself and the Forum

       Hello and this is Admin.
       I'd like to start off by saying that this forum is made for you
       all, and that it's my job to ensure that you get the most out of
       this forum as you can. This support section is how I'd like to
       do that.
       Therefore, any questions, concerns, issues or discussions you
       may have concerning this forum may be posted here to ensure that
       I see them.
       Any suggestions you may have about how the forum works, how it
       can be improved or nearly anything you can imagine may be posted
       in the "Suggestions" subsection.
       Beyond that, I'll now be getting into
       How to Help Yourself and the Forums

       [li]Please have a clear and descriptive title  it will be much
       easier to know what you're attempting to address early on, and
       will make your post easier to find later on after I have
       resolved the issue and can get back to you.
       Proper grammar and clear communication in short, the easier your
       post is for me to read, and the most clearly and specifically
       you can describe what you're looking for, the best I can do to
       aid you in getting what you want.
       Screenshots if you're having any issues with the forum, please
       provide a screenshot of whatever looks to be the problem,
       whether that's a board not showing up, a post not posting or an
       error message. Including these in your post will speed up the
       process of resolving the issue. If you can't access the forum at
       all, please screenshot the page you get and follow the
       instructions that will be mentioned below in "If You're Unable
       to Access the Forum
       Details when posting an issue, please include details such as
       your platform, operating system, browser, if the issue was
       isolated or repeated, if you've tried to repeat the issue after
       clearing your cache, if you've tried to repeat the issue after
       restarting your computer and if you're able to repeat the issue
       from a different computer and/or ISP. Problem solving is totally
       dependent on finding who's side the issue is on. Changing around
       forum settings won't fix the problem if you've having a driver
       issue, but I may be able to walk you through a solution.
       If You're Unable to Access the Forum Please contact a member via
       our chatroom or through the AE forums and ask them to post your
       issue here for you. If you're unable to find a member in chat,
       you may send an email just as soon as the support email system
       is done being configured.
       Search for Your Issue this section is new, so there isn't much
       information yet. However, your issue may have been posted here
       and solved already, please skim over previous threads to see if
       someone's issue matches your own. [/li]
