A ghost? Not the best of guessers, but that's mine.

Close. You're on the right line of thought.

My guess would be a zombie or a vampire.

Fae, you're that close to hitting it. Y'all are thinking to
specifically. Think generics.

Yes it is, wolf-buddy! I knew saying to be general would give it
away!
Okay. This one's extremely difficult. No one at the table got
it. If the answer isn't figured out in a few days, and/or I'm
asked for it, I'll freely give it without a problem:
"On a night without end, where no good can come, your soul I
will hold and two become one. As long as I live then you will
live too. Guard me with care or your days will be through. What
am I?"
As a side note, this is proof I didn't come up with these
riddles. I'm not that clever for one, and more importantly I
hate rhyming, lol.

The phylactery of a Lich?
Or, alternatively, HORCUX. D:<

*applauds* Congrats, wolf-buddy. You're smarter than a table
full of geeks. It is, indeed, a phylactory.

Phylactawhoositnow? Geez, you have some.. very
knowledge-required riddles there, I've never heard of such a
fanciful (read: dreadful) object, aha. ^ _^;
Next riddle, next riddle, pretty please?

A phylactory is something necromancers use. Fae could tell you
more seeing as he's a genious. And those are my six riddles.
Still stuck on yours.
