It's a bit too obvious to be the answer since this is Elryn, but
I suppose the obligatory 'closet' guess needs to be made by
someone.
So, yea. My guess is 'Closet.'
Skeletons in the closest
Clothes are made in the shape of bodies, and would therefore be
'dismembered' as, except for one-pieces, they're in two, and
clothing is a sort of 'skin' so to speak.
Closets are convenient places to put clutter as well as clothes,
and some closets are neater than others. So neat closets would
have 'innards readily exposed' while cluttered ones, not so much
(unless you want to go the LGBT route, I suppose...).
I've yet to be in a closet that was loud, making it silent as,
but not, the grave.

To add as well. Some folks simply love to dress and show off
everything they have in their wardrobes but those skeletons...
usually not.

I'm shocked. I'm usually really bad at riddles and yours are
never obvious. But, to continue the game (not actually mine,
this is from a game called Mindtrap):
This is a most unusual paragraph. How quickly can you find out
what is so unusual about it? It looks so ordinary you'd think
nothing was wrong with it - and in fact, nothing is wrong with
it. It is unusual though. Why? Study it, think about it, and you
may find out. Try to do it without coaching. If you work at it
for a bit it will dawn on you. So jump to it and try your skill
at figuring it out. Good luck- don't blow your cool!

The letter 'e' is the most commonly used letter in the English
alphabet, making its absence in the paragraph unusual.

No? Awww. Well I'll have to go with "A wave", then. Physical
waves (such as water) can certainly be deadly. Waving one's hand
can be a friendly gesture of hello, but it can also represent a
goodbye. Waving a white flag can signify surrender.
Either that or cheese can do a lot more than I give it credit
for...
